So what sort of facility is Chris going to be held in between now and then? An actual prison prison or some lighter holding place (like the one he's been in for the past few days) for until he's actually sentenced? I don't know how all the different "levels" of prison work because I'm dumb.

Also that court hearing is 100% a case of autism massively sabotaging Chris (although the incest rape has done more than enough of that). He genuinely doesn't consider himself to have done anything wrong, and even if he admits that he has, his autism is going to prevent him from sounding genuine to a jury. At this rate he's going to have to hope for the loony bin because otherwise he's probably going to be looking at the higher end of that potential 10 years.

What do we have to do with the investigation and court hearings. Its not like they are gonna cite KF or anywhere else, they are going to do their due diligence and either clear him of any wrong doing or arrest him because there is physical evidence of rape or a truthful admission from Chris and Barb which at minimum is backed up by circumstantial evidence.
