Chris' idea of what is worth keeping is all over the fucking place. Please remember he tried to salvage "The Classic" shirt from the fire after it was left in a wet box to mold for years. He then wore it to a convention.

Chris really never seemed to be attached to anyone or anything. Remember how fast he would move from galpal to galpal after being "depressed"?

Pretty sure that Patty was the only dog he was attached to, seeing as he grew up with her.

As for now, it's clear that the only thing dear to his heart is his delusion.

Wrong - there have been small groups of "trolls" which have allegedly done that - most people on this site have never contacted Chris, including me. The threads on his arrest received millions of views and was covered by multiple news outlets - while in comparison, there have probably been fewer than 1-2 dozen individuals who have actually made contact with him.

Please provide more evidence that he was "blackmailed" into sexually abusing his mother. In the leaked audio he pretty much admitted that he initiated on his own because, in his own words, he "felt horney".

You seem to be under the impression that reading and posting about bad behavior (which the law has held him legally responsible for) is the same as specifically targeting a person for having a disability.

I digress. He may have developmental and mental problems, but as far as his criminal behavior is concerned (e.x. him hitting a game store manager with his car and pepper spraying a store employee), his disabilities to not preclude his personal responsibility for bad behavior. The same goes with other individuals (e.x. Russell Greer) who may have some type of mental problem, but at the same time were held accountable for their criminal actions (e.x. cyberstalking/harassing a woman by phone and social media in the case of Russell Greer).

By the same token, criminals such as Charles Manson were found to be mentally ill, but as far as their malevolent actions were concerned, the courts still found them to be personally accountable - and shooting the breeze about very bad or foolish behavior done by a person is not the same as "targeting them for their mental or other disabilities".

Much of the evidence in this incest case seems to indicate deliberate and pre-meditated behavior on the part of Chris (e.x. such as him admitting that he wanted to do it "because he was horney" - showing a picture of a book he purchased on "how to have sex with the disabled", and stating that he performed the sexual abuse every 3 nights for almost an entire month).

I wonder if it would eventually be possible to obtain the legal transcript by some means, like a legal kiwi gets access through some online archive of criminal cases. Or if that's even legal to begin with.

Of course the pending charge is rape. They don’t have to prove Bard was unable to consent. They just have to show she suffers some cognitive decline. Which is easy. And has almost certainly already been done. Do note she seemingly has not signed herself out of the hospital after a week. The cops and DA have no part of that. That’s pure medical evaluation. “Barb, who’s the President?” “Roosevelt!” “Which one?” “There another Roosevelt besides Teddy?” (I’ve actually had this patient conversation)

And guess what kiddies, if Barb shows any cognitive decline it’s felony rape. Even if she consented. Even if she initiated it. So please do wipe any and all expectations of Barb’s lack of cooperation somehow making this go away for Chris from your minds.

And no, the screen shots of text messages will not be presented at trial. But they are more than enough to get a warrant for his electronic devices and serve a subpoena on his internet providers in order to get the validated records of the conversation. These aren’t particularly onerous or cost intensive investigative tasks. (Well beyond the mental health costs of forcing the investigator with the least seniority to read Chris’s message history). So they are pretty much guaranteed to be done.
