How are we going to keep up with christory during the prison saga? He won't have access to the internet, but he's still an attention whore and he's allowed to write letters. So could he write like a weekly letter to Null or somebody about how he's doing as long as they put it on the internet?

I posted this before

Most likely weens and d list YouTubers will send Chris letters asking for things like him to write back or artwork or even to be put on the visitation list in exchange for money put on his commissary.
And you know since these people will be the only ones from the outside world contacting Chris he will inevitably wright back to them and desperately give in to their demands.
Weens will post his letters and artwork here to try and get attention in christory and the funny thing is they will because they will be the only ones contacting him and most likely be the most influential people in his life at that moment.
So my prediction is after he is fully sentenced people will be putting money on his commissary and we will get regular updates as to what he is doing.

I'm a retard, and not a lawyer, but if they were to use the text and recorded phone call as evidence, would the chick that leaked em be used as a material witness to verify their authenticity, since they were online and edited. I could also see Chris' shitty public defender arguing that he was forced/coerced/enticed to say it and that it was a lie/say there was more to the phone call that she cut off, and point to all the times in the past where he's done so. Chris is pretty well documented as being one of the most pliable and gullible people out there, and it would be hilarious to hear his public defender reference how he put a Sonichu medallion in his ass, sent nude videos, recorded his destroying the PS3 for a reward and Jackie etc.

SCOTUS hears appeals from criminal cases all the time. That's how Oklahoma just got it's judicial system reorganized in half the state earlier this year- someone appealing their conviction. You just have to have a federal claim.

That said, this case is not going there.

Jesus those Discord messages. I haven't been following that story closely until more comes out and the bullshit and smokescreens start to clear up, but that is some scaryass sociopath shit. Not that either Chris or Barb are incredibly sympathetic people but anyone remotely normal would recoil from that kind of info. Who thinks some nutcase fucking his elderly mother is 'based'? Also yikes at the cummie eggs.

The internet hardens you to disturbing material over time but once you remove the distance and are actually talking to someone who is doing fucked up shit like that and reporting on it to you, you can't really claim morbid curiosity or amusement anymore.

I wouldn't be surprised after more than a decade of him being a degenerate meat puppet for other people's degenerate kinks - that even his motherfucking wasn't part of a much bigger group of perverted participants. Like an initiation ritual almost. I didn't listen to more than a minute or so of the calls - because fuck that - but the tone is what struck me from the 'caller' - it wasn't a witness. It was something larger and far more sick. I think Chris Chan is going to have some company in stir - and that's why the Troon community is having a shit fit. They're host to the worst of the worst - and it now is starting to 'go public'.

Oh this isn't going to be the backlash most social trend watchers expect as fads swing back and forth. This is more like a clown car hitting a train going the other way. If my hunch is correct - the whole Troon fad is about to go nuclear and woke culture itself is in peril. This is on the same level of the satanic panic of the 80s and the gay panic of the 60s and 70s - combined.

Disclaimer : it could be a reach of a conclusion - because there's so many moving parts and probabilities to consider - but one big hurdle was already overcome. Because of the click-bait fuel of the incident - the MSM picked up the bait - and even went global with it. This isn't a President's laptop anymore being hidden by the FBI. It's out there now. Soooooo call it a strong hunch on where this will all go for the nusex movement which has been attempting to rewire American norms. There's a strong possibility we may see legislation come out of this.

Is it possible that professionals in Ruckersville could be deemed partially responsible for letting this happen? It has been years of people contacting whoever they can trying to alert them that Chris is unfit to care for his elderly mother and that there were signs of distress or abuse in some of the videos. If they had acted sooner this wouldn't have happened but I guess they were waiting for some concrete evidence.

The suspicious schizo part of my brain has definitely been considering whether this is part of something not only larger, but deliberate. Didn’t used to approach seemingly organic events that way, but the past few years has me increasingly scrutinizing events in the public sphere in terms of their value to some kind of endgame. Realistically anything that makes it into the media should be viewed critically.

But yeah, to your point, how the traditional media and social media treats this case is going to be important in the months to come. I've already seen the blame being placed on lesbians or straight/cis women for not giving Chris sex and driving him to desperation. The incest aspect is being treated with silence or at best a half-hearted reprimand before moving immediately to defend the trans angle of it. Maybe incest really will be the next attempt at normalization. And here we all thought it would be pedophilia or bestiality, what a curveball.
