POLICE ISSUE A STATEMENT

not if the blue checkmarked retards and their troon legions have anything to do with it. Yahoo news already has articles describing it as “Chris Chan placed in male jail IN SPITE of being a trans woman.”

they are not smart enough to realize that fighting for chris’s right to enjoy incarcerated boyfriend free girl pussy is a poison pill.

From what I’ve found, trannies almost NEVER go to women’s prisons in the US. It’s like a thing that happened once or twice(fully sex changed) and got conflated into being some fake epidemic of “oh these trannies are having the time of their lives in women’s prison!!”.

Even worse is, there’s hundreds, if not thousands of trannies in male prisons for way less horrible charges than Chris that are probably far more deserving of all this trans support bullshit than a self confessed and proud mother raper. But, much like the blacks, trannies are shit at choosing their martyrs.

I think that the thought is if you exclude one trans person, it makes it easier to exclude others just because you don't like them. Whether or not Chris is actually trans, or if some asshole just implanted that thought in his brain like most of the shit he believes, is another thing entirely.

May I present: Chris's Attorney.
His name is David L. Heilberg.
Here's his website: https://www.heilberglaw.com/
I feel so sorry for this guy.
I want to see the "after defending Chris" pic. This is the before pic.

Could the defense attorney just give up and walk away if Chris gets too much?

Only under specific conditions, I believe. But it’s possible Chris may dismiss him for any myriad of stupid reasons.

So something I'd like to point out to anyone concerned about Chris having the potential to skip prison and be institutionalized; institutions are not an easier way out. They are an alternative to prison, and because of that, they have similar workings as prisons.
If Chris somehow manages to get institutionalized he will likely serve a longer sentence as he will be bringing his mental stability into question. This will likely cause the judge and council to push for a substantial improvement to Chris' mental stability before he can be reintegrated into society.
If this happens, the first thing they will do is look at his criminal history and see that Chris is a violent offender from the pepper spray incident and the rape and he'd be put with other violent offenders in isolated living where he would be watched over by orderlies 24/7.
He would also be put into daily psychotherapy and be heavily medicated if they see no immediate improvement.
This also does not guarantee his safety as he has the potential to be roomied up with another violent offender if they don't do isolated living.
To top that off, he could be subject to their form of "parole" where upon his release, he could be assigned a caretaker and he would be forced into a strict daily regimen.
But doesn't that offer CWC the best long-term hope for recovery and for going on to live a stable-ish life? I don't think any one can argue that CWC doesn't need so major intervention, and this seems to be the only option available that isn't going to be just a pause or continuance of his downhill trajectory.

I wonder if it’ll go that route, one of those long, drawn out trials where the defendant just keeps trying to stall by constantly dismissing council.

Why are people talking about this as if Chris just stole $750 from Barb and didn't sexually assault her for months?
Because at this point we are not sure if CWC did sexually assault Barb, or if this action was just a continuance of Barb's long term sexual abuse of him, or even if this was just some mutual depravity.

Maybe if Barb didn't have a long history of Munchausian manipulation I'd be a little quicker to accept the unsubstantiated claim she's senile.

I'm curious to know too what drew him to incest. Porn? Desperation?
I debated making a thread on this, but everything is already moving faster than I'm used to lurking. TLDR: access and opportunity.

I know everyone here insists rape is always about the sexual attraction 11!1 But that's just not the case. Crimes are almost always about opportunity, and that's still true of sex crimes. There's a page in the disability sex book Chris thought proved how he was working so hard to take care of her needs etc. About exactly this. Disabled and elderly are more at risk of rape, not less. Comatose patients get raped because people who want to do that go out of their way to get into positions they can take advantage of situations.

Yes, Barb was a terrible mother, didn't help, didn't let anyone else help, fucked him up worse with the codependency, but he was always a predator with a fucked up idea of sex. Why did it take so long? That's how long it took for her health to worsen, all outside intervention was extra fucked with covid, and I would stake bank that that book being dedicated to another Barbara clicked in his detached from reality brain as a "spiritual sign." As someone else pointed out, he told Josh she was "of this half of the universe" -- meaning her sanity was going and her lucidity, and ability to stop him was shot.

I don’t think Chris really understands that concept. It’ll likely be due to the “magic Lawyer-Chu” not being able to poof him out of jail. Or not believing Chris about the merge/telling Chris to shut up in court.

Like everything else in Chris’ life, this will not be driven by logic, but by feels.

thats literally what it was, just with an extra tea spoon of delusion and depravity.

Probably not the concept as an actual legal strategy, more him just thinking he’s clever and being a naturally entitled brat. He already thinks he can hold up proceedings because he’s worried about his stuff. I can see him firing any counsel that won’t go collect and itemize his toys from the motel.

It literally says incest right there on his booking sheet. The only thing we don't know is if the sexual relationship was consensual or not.

Edit: Just wanted to add, because some Farmers seem to be forgetting - INCEST IS ILLEGAL.

Pity that isn't what you originally posted, which was...

Why are people talking about this as if Chris just stole $750 from Barb and didn't sexually assault her for months?
You never mentioned incest, you jumped straight to the assumption of sexual assault. That was why you got the reply you did.

So maybe I need to remind you, Farmers can only reply to your actual words and not things you might have been thunking as you type.

Incest is legal in New Jersey, as long as you don't get married and everyone is over 18.

This explains a lot about Jersey.
