Netflix obtained distribution rights for the Jojo anime, fortunately it only is a distributor and does not have any control over it.

Also can't wait for December to finally watch this, I'm hyped!

I've seen official press releases saying it'll "premiere" in December which I think can mean either it'll come out in one chunk (unlikely given how anime production works) or released weekly.

I don't see Netflix releasing 39+ new episodes in one go though. A 12 episode season of anime is one thing but Jojo usually goes for over 30. I think it's safe to say it'll be a weekly release.

It's unlikely since the only source is a twitter account that is not associated with anything official.

It's also really unlikely so the most likely scenario is that they'll release it like normal anime in Japanese Netflix with a Weekly schedule or release episodes in batches but not the entire season. There'd definitely have been more information shown earlier if everything was 100% complete and this is more based on an assumption about Netflix.

Plus it makes no business sense to dump an entire show on Netflix to then air it on TV later with a weekly release.

I feel like the whole Netflix doomposting is based on shows that Netflix themselves bank roll and assuming that applies to all shows that air on Netflix first.
