Imagine how desperate he must be to always reference his work on that game when its like a desecration of the first. I'm not really a fan of people who use their mental problems or physical disabilities as literal selling points. You obviously don't have much worth as a person if you are using something like that to make yourself marketable.

I'm gonna add I hate how Twitch has tags like anxiety ect, it just enables this pity shit rather than overcoming it as best as you can.

I hate to say it but that is the state of our society. People find their identity and validity through the easiest route possible. We now have greater tools to megaphone our narcissism and people become addicted to it. This is why the Kiwi Farms is about "exceptional" people. It is not enough to be a decent person. You have to be special and unique from everybody else in any way possible. Both Phil and Brandon have become paragons of this and now both of them have that one thing they can hang onto. They let it define them at the detriment of every other aspect of their personality.

Brandon can be a self absorbed bigot because he got a shout out from a game dev team and he is blind. Phil can be a complete dick to his audience and blame everybody else for his problems because he won a non medal position at a tournament the world at large does not give a shit about. Both of these people could have found their cachet in many other ways in life. Is it not enough to love your significant other and find some form of satisfaction in life through that? Is it not enough to just be nice to people around you in your day to day life? Life is difficult, why not try to make everybody around you (family, coworkers, friends, strangers) as happy as possible? Can you not find completion in faith and try your best to be the best example of it to a dark world?

Tl;dr - There are many ways to show others that you are a worth while person without bragging about it. Neither Brandon or Phil care to do that. They just want you to know they are better than you because of some inane, pointless reason.

During DSP's Hades stream, he was saying for YT to hire him just because he helped with Twitch. I understand that you may of had a POV that someone else can't have, but bro... Please dont start copeing by tipping Phil 70 dollars (money he probably earned from his own streams) and act like DSP isn't a begging loser.

I got a bad feeling that this might bite Brandon in the butt if he keeps his relationship with DSP.

I just realized, perhaps one of the reasons Phil begs for money and does his “about 30minutes left in the stream and we’re 71 dollars away from the tips goal” spiel is to make his streams more accessible to superblindman, so that Brandon doesn’t feel left out of the most important part of Phil’s stream.

I hope so. He's a self important fuck who acts like he's the only blind person that's ever been on the internet.

You know SBM is incredibly jealous that Phil is still somehow making a good living streaming, when Phil's probably worse at games than a genuine blind person, while SBM's struggling to get 7 viewers on Twitch and make affiliate. Meanwhile Phil is definitely jealous that SBM is was involved in game development and has unlimited Twitter clout by being both handicapped and involved with TLOU2 and despite Phil's 11 year legacy and pro fighting game experience he's still a laughing stock online.

There's great potential in a SBM and DSP saga yet to be unlocked.

I think SBM really overestimates the number of blind people interested in videogames.

I mean sure, that’s his thing and it’s kinda tragic he can’t enjoy it like others. But... That’s gotta be a pretty small market? The only reason Youtube or Twitch would hire him would be for virtue points.

Watching Phil’s streams btw, kinda makes me understand why SBM is a fan.

As horrendously boring as it is for the rest of us to hear Phil drone on about every sign and every letter he finds and READING EVERYTHING OUT LOUD, it’s gotta be just what Brandon is looking for in a streamer.

It's been debated and mulled over many a time, there's blind blind like Ray Charles in the closest blind and then there's the latter which he has and that's vision so fucked that per the parameters of the law he is classified as blind for posterity.

Check this thread. Brandon is an entitled asshole and thinks that because of TLOU2, that he is above everyone else. He blocks anyone who criticizes him, plays the victim and acts superior. He deserves the shit he gets

Not only that the mentality that he's "in the biz" so to speak the only thing that keeps that air about is the biz hasn't found some blind dyke sheboon to put on that pedestal and when that time arrives it's adios cis white male you're not even truly blind just *legally blind*.
