People were posting in the comments about his guilty plea, and he can't control the comments section of that site, so I bet some pro-sex work group that has a good reputation googled his stalkery ass and went down the rabbit hole, and then they warned other groups/people in the movement and now he's radioactive to the very groups he needs to make his goal a reality.

I thought that might be it at first, but no. He wrote this document on the 6th, but the Op-ed wasn't published till the 7th.

Russ is referring to the Facebook posts he made leading up to the Arianna Grande suit where he said he would "Kick Skordas' ass" in the court room and "there will be blood". Skordas, rightfully, brought these posts up to the Judge as evidence that Russhole is a mentally ill troglodyte who file frivolous and bad faith law suits. Russ tried to excuse himself to the Judge by claiming he was trying to be an entertaining shock jock-type personality to his "audience".

The site is acting up so I can't seem to attach more but I do suggest everyone read it since every second line is pure gold. If the first Taylor lawsuit was "fake" then was the second as well? If he knew it was fake all along, why write a whole book about how it "ruined" him? This opens up so many avenues of inquiry. I just wanna do a full Q&A where he HAS to give answers (I know that's impossible but let a man dream).

Assorted thoughts on Greer's latest blog post legal filing:

Wow, that's a great point Skordas is making here. It really discredits Greer and shows how Greer's own fraudulent behavior thrust him into the public eye. What's that you say? This is something Greer wrote in an attempt to make himself look good? Surely not.

Russell claims that Skordas is on a multi-year "vendetta" against him because Russell made jokes about Skordas that Skordas "took very personally." The level of projection here is beyond comprehension. Russell spends his life nursing years-old grudges over half-imagined slights, so he assumes everyone else must be doing the same.

Russell "teasingly made jokes" when "being a shock jock," so obviously that's not a big deal, but Kiwi Farms posters "lobbed discriminatory names" against Greer, which is a horrific violation of human rights and clearly completely different from what Russell did.

Russell's explanation of his harassment conviction is just unbelievable, even by Russell standards. The case was "very unfair," so even though Kiwi Farms are the REAL harassers, "Greer is somehow the convicted one."

Greer was frankly surprised he was charged because he didn't think he committed a crime and he still maintains his innocence. He was only convicted because of his advocating for sex work... not for any actual harassment.

"Okay, I know we're supposed to be doing a completely different case, but I just wanted to point out that even though I got convicted that one other time, it wasn't a REAL conviction because I didn't do anything even though it looked like maybe I did." Russell's writing has gone downhill over time; there are points where this filing is barely coherent enough to be read.

It is hoped that maybe when Moon actually faces legal consequences with this case; that when he starts feeling the same stress and despair that his victims have faced, that maybe a light will turn on in his head.

Ahh, here's the real motivation behind this lawsuit. "This website harasses people to make them commit suicide! Anyway, please decide in my favor because it will hopefully make the defendant also feel harassed to the point of suicide."

Greer leaves it up to the Court whether the Court wishes to issue sanctions against the Skordas firm.

"Now, we're not saying that the court HAS to impose a legal penalty on Greg Skordas for making Greer feel mad and sad -- we're just saying it's an option."

tl;dr: Please decide this case in my favor because the other side and their lawyer are mean and bad. And just FYI, that other time I got convicted doesn't count. Respectfully submitted, [squiggle]

Greer tried appealing, but him and his criminal attorney got in a verbal altercation about the ramifications of appealing.
