Given this and her apparently being a compulsive liar, can her other hygienic failures be trusted, actually? Like, can we be sure any of this is real, and not just zoomer shitposting (literal shitposting)? I've known some late-millenial/early zoomer girls that were posting a lot of gross-out shit and pretending to be absolutely filthy, when in real life they were not. Ok, there were reports of her being stinky and her dorm room being absolutely smelly, but then again, it's just hearsay and everything on the Internet is a lie, anyway.
Her alleged current state is almost surreal. And it all happened in less than two years? Mentally ill cracked out bums are better than that. This level of physical decay requires nothing less than pledging your soul to Nurgle.
I know cohabitations of female students that were absolutely filthy, too, worse than most men's. But while they lived in filth, they took care of personal hygiene. Although that might have been more of a masking effort like make-p and perfume instead of proper hygiene.

For the photos it's clear to see she's had the nail fungus for a long time already, to make it go that bad. She's been painting her nails to hide it (can see by the red nail polish about the nails and the light-blue one in the hand photo)

This is a recipe for disaster as nail polish doesn't let the nails breath and makes the environment for fungus easier to spread and grow.

The bigger concern is that simply wearing nail polish in the first place can make your toenails more susceptible to fungal infection. Even a clear coat of polish can make nails more brittle, crumbly, and less breathable, especially if you keep your toenails painted for more than a week at a time.
