He's wrong. Plenty of people care. But he's driven his family away, and whatever few friends he has, that they have stopped interacting with him, for their own mental health. Sometimes people are just so shit, that it's a waste of time and wellness to interact with them. I will say though, I'd bet he's made mental health treatment people not care, and that's ridiculous, as those people are wells of caring
The court added another court date to his case. Now it shows Aug 24th. The last court date on there before was the 17th which now shows continued.

I think people underestimate the complexity of human biology/chemistry and overestimate how precisely pharmaceuticals can manipulate that biology/chemistry. Psychiatric drugs are more akin to mallets and crowbars being used for jobs that require more precision. Thankfully human brains are surprisingly malleable; behavior modification and lifestyle changes are harder to affect, but can have a profound impact on the brain.
What a lot of people don’t understand is that all antipsychotic medication has the same primary therapeutic mechanism, acting as an agonist to D2 receptors (dopamine). What makes them different is that the respective molecules of each drug have a different array of receptors they can bind to and have different levels of affinity for each receptor.
Quetiapine (a.k.a. seroquel) is classified as an antipsychotic even though it blocks the shit out H1 receptors, so at a low dose quetiapine is functioning not all that differently from benadryl or other antihistamines you can buy over the counter. Once the dosage reaches a certain level, only then does it start binding to D2. In contrast, another antipsychotic olanzapine (a.k.a zyprexa) has less affinity for H1 and more affinity for D2 than quetiapine and can reach therapeutic doses at a much lower dose. 10 mgs of olanzapine buys you the same amount of D2 transmission dampening as 500 mgs of quetiapine, but that 500 mgs of quetiapine is gonna take the starch right out of a locust eating crackpot via the sedative impact of blocking H1.
Aripiprazole (a.k.a abilify) is a newer antipsychotic that acts only as a partial agonist to D2, but is also partial agonist for the serotonin 1A receptor. These 1A receptors play a role in compulsive behavior, which is why I think Lucas is being prescribed it. The catch is, slowing down 1A transmissions is only going to help people who suffer from particular problems and paradoxically, can give people those particular problems if they take the medication.
This is probably what happened to your friend. There is a significant minority of people who experience auditory hallucinations, but the hallucinations do not have a negative impact on their day to day life. I think they have some kind of activist organization called “Hearing Voices Advocates” or something similar. Basically, we don’t really understand how these folks developed the capacity for hallucinations, only that they don’t seem to operate in an identical fashion like the auditory hallucinations experienced by people suffering from delusional disorders.

Well, if Tubby doesn't get released from the puzzle factory soon, he won't be able to get signed up for the fall quarter classes at SCC. Lol! I bet he is academically suspended. Even if he is not in classes, he will keep talking about how he is totally getting an AA and soon a PHD. Hopefully, he has fucked up ever getting financial aid again, but I bet our government would be more than happy to give him money to go and creep on girls on campus.

I think maybe you're overestimating women's standards. If they were actually that set against angry or jealous men, then there wouldn't be crowds of insane women who practically slide out of their seats while watching movies like Twilight and Fifty Shades of Grey.
Yes, I realize when asked almost all women would say they don't like jealous or angry men. When asked they also say they don't want anything to eat from the store (until you make it home), that there's nothing wrong (as you can almost see steam rising from their ears), and that they don't care if you do anything for valentine's day (even though if you don't you'll hear about it until next year). And being socially incompetent would help him fit in very well with gen z.
My point is there unquestionably are young girls with daddy issues who'd confuse rage and jealousy for "passion" who'd sleep with him. The thing is I don't think it matters because he's such an enormous pussy who's so terrified of women that I'm not even sure how he would get laid. They'd have to essentially force themselves on him.
But then again I'd also argue that's because he doesn't actually want to get laid in any realistic sense.
Like many incels his obsession with not getting any is simply an emotional watershed for his feelings of purposeless, impotency, loneliness, and fear of senescence, but even outside of that the image of getting laid that appeals to him is the kind of vague fantastical porn-like version that only exists in the mind of a fat retarded schizoid where his partner is a fuck puppet who he has complete control over. In the much less elegant version that plays out in reality, I seriously doubt he'd even be able to get it up.
As an aside, I can't help but notice wern's narcissism, coomerism, detachment from reality, objectification of women, obsession with youth, love of communist policies, and desire to be the passive party in romantic/sexual exchanges, all makes him seem like a really solid candidate for transexualism. I kind of wish that would happen. In fact I'd put "Lucas Werner comes out as a transbian" below "DSP x WingsOfRedemption cage fight" but above "Russell Greer gets sent to the hospital after being beaten up by a prostitute" on the list of cow events I most want to see.

No, Wern possesses no such self sufficiency. The only thing he knows how to do is be pathetic and hold his hands out, so unless the government starts supplementing disability checks with bundles of heroin I don't think drug addiction is in the cards for Lucas.
