Most of the troonery and mod lunacy in Doom community are in full force. I know Byuu's suicide got buried now and people used his name for their own agenda (what a surprise), but I have to dig it up momentarily for this warning on Marrub's server from a month ago.

And to point some things out, about mods that would probably abuse that new "rule", and I take my situation as an example.
You can't tell legit critique toward moderator, because it might be viewed as harassment, hate speech and so on. Not just on doomworld but anywhere wherever you might be. BUT THEY CAN DO THAT TO YOU AND FACE NO REPERCUSSIONS.
So you can't just point out some major arlene thst she don't act mature enough to be a moderator., but she can accuse you in pedophilia, bring no proofs and get away with it because she's in dw coolclub and nobody would question her words but you will be cancelled.

That just an example, but actually happened one. Put in a bit bay imaginary but overall that's what have happened and I'm not okay with this.

Just insults are one thing. I can take them and simply ignore. L but baseless accusations are shit that is too serious to throw left to right like that and this degenerscy shall not be unanswered.

Yeah, I saw how it went down. It was a half assed attempt at unban. They could just say "that they're unbanned, but not really" and the wording would be exactly the same. As long as DB keeps talking about them they'd likely ban them and their mapset again. I don't trust these guys not overstepping their boundaries and the whole rule change makes the unban sound like a threat. Time will tell, if DB will cave in or keep talking about Troonworld.

Tarnsman is a long time member and contributor, it doesn't seem likely that they'll boot him any time soon, he's pals with the bigshots there, he just happens to be among the most levelheaded and honest there.

Some of the posting in that thread was certainly spergy, Roasterock puts it the best, users are afraid of the mods and don't trust them to not abuse the rules, but many of the bootlickers seem to not want to get that, or go by whole "If you have nothing to hide..." bullshit.
