There is probably a relation. I think the prosecutors know they are hunting with both barrels, she could probably accuse him of ANYTHING and stand a reasonable chance given how bad he looks.

"Prosecutor, she said she was fine with it" works. But not when you keep sharing shit, even trivial shit. I think the point being that they don't know what ELSE he's been sharing is going to be an argument made.

I’m curious how this timeline plays out. I’d assume the charge got revisited because Vickers rang up the DA and said Faith was willing to testify now. I just wonder what made them see the light that Ralph was an unredeemable piece of shit that should be punished for blasting a sex tape of a teen girl.

He was playing Faith for a sucker by stringing her along, pretending he had any concern or love for her, to prevent this happening. I’d guess releasing the baby photos was his revenge for the restraining order and this. (It seems his court appearance was Aug. 11. When were the baby photos posted on cow?)

I think Ralph announcing his engagement with Pantsu, and then announcing she was the new improved broodmare, might have been the final straw. Finally Faith saw she had just been played and Ralph was only concerned about the revenge porn charge, so Vickers could finally hit the go button. Seriously, Ralph has acted like such a disgusting dirtbag towards a unstable teen girl that he justly deserves to be punished for leaking a sex tape of her all over the web.

What a wretched life Ralph lives. His own personal decisions have gotten him in and out of court nearly weekly, at this point he ought to just ask the bailiff if he can just rent the defendant's stand already, if only to cut down on the costs of commuting.
