Apologise!

cant wait to see the cringe compilations from the new one's shitty zoomer humor

I miss the gangsta shit and pseudo blacksplotation that mafia or inner city settings had in the 2000s, seeing it replaced by sanitized paint by number's zoomer (although lets face it this will be bought by more soy millenials) pandering is kinda tiring

Agreed completely.

I get that the whole hip-hop gangsta thing the first two games had is kinda played out, but I'd take that over this Zoomer crap.

If you wanted to do a reboot of Saints Row with a new aesthetic to make it stand out more, I'd do something different than this ugly Zoomer bullshit. Go for a more Mafia-inspired take on it and have it be like an OG Saints Row-style take on The Sopranos and similar fare.

Christ this looks like dog shit, fucking plastic Fortnite artstyle and all, complete with Twitter/Tumblr zoomer pandering, like "How do you do, fellow kids?" level pandering. No wonder Mike Watson died, I'd leave this mortal coil too if I was affiliated with this.

The only person I see excited for this is a lone Twitter user who unironically larps as a dog. I'm not even joking
Yeah, that's Nu-Volition's target audience. Mentally ill Tumblr/Twitter types.

WTF? Saints Row was the OG game when it came to diversity. To the point I remember there being complaints over how diverse the gang was when SR1 first came out.

"Diverse" has changed what it means within the last decade, or at least certainly since people decided to take Twitter goon squads as the gatekeepers upon how all entertainment media should be handled.

Hilarious thing now though is that whenever I hear "diverse" I don't think a multitude of different characters and ethnicities and backgrounds, I think "status quo." They say "diversity and inclusion" and I "watered down, benign, inoffensive character tropes."

To that end, yeah, this SafeSpace Row is the "zenith" of "diversity and inclusion."

It's already been said, but none of these characters -Eli, Nina, and Kevin - feel interesting at all. Hell, even their names are bland.

That asian dude's cat helmet was a Genki reference.

Also totally unrealistic depiction, you damn well know if you get within proximity of the target vehicle for a mission, 50 guys will spawn with the sights already trained on you. There's no way you can just dupe the enemies like that.
