Virtually none, would be my guess. Best case scenario most people are tolerating Jim's gender nonsense because they only listen to his videos rather than watching --even before trooning the visual content of the JQs was garbage so nothing of value lost-- because they still enjoy the concept of Jimquisition.
Rather than focus on views, I'd suggest looking at the comments, since that's where you usually find his sycophantic dick-riders. This is by no means scientific, but a random sampling across multiple JQs shows about 5k average comments. I'd posit this is roughly the number of his subscribers who actually support his gender shit; everyone else is either here to laugh or just watch the JQ then get the hell out of Dodge.
The video with higher views was at the peak of the Activision abuse controversy and upcoming lawsuit; the other was just Jim's usual sperging about Bobby Kotick making too much money.
Everyone was talking about the allegations at the time so Activision was likely a far more bankable term for the algorithms which bumped Jim up a few notches higher than the irrelevance he usually enjoys. You can see the Activision video he did not long after the 300k one was back down to his usual 170k views, because people have already moved on and are searching for the next controversy to feign outrage over.

Could be due to many factors.
Lack of social life, goals, identity, pride, shame, ability, direction, excitement or creative challenges outside of their interactions with the game. Video games are a fantastic way for people to engage in exploratory behaviour at little cost so I'm not going to ever condemn games as a whole but any one of the above mentioned factors can and often do swing over into pathological patterns of conduct. Some are more predisposed to obsess over a single title either by temperament (protip it's mostly trait neuroticism that makes people FOMO and overspend on DLC and in-game purchases) or by the circumstances they find themselves in and less so outright mental disorders.

If you look at some environments where he didn't have control over the editing, like the times he showed up on the Co-Optional podcast, you very quickly realize that Jim's spontaneous wit is average at best. Most of his interesting jokes and turns of phrase are either rehearsed or scripted. He's just not a very entertaining man without a lot of preparation.

Ashens has always come across pretty sheltered from the greater internet happenings to me; I want to believe he genuinely just thinks he's defending his internet fwend, but maybe that's just cope because he was one of the very first channels I ever subbed to after he was featured in the fucking b3ta newsletter (shoutout to anyone who remembers that fossil).
Larry seems to have the perfect online attitude from what I've seen. He shirks the cliques and will collab with anyone regardless of how 'problematic' or 'woke' they are perceived to be, if it'll make for good content.
Squirty Plays --which he doesn't seem to name them anymore-- aren't really meant to be Let's Plays. They're closer to the 'WTF is...' stuff TB used to do, except like the early shitty ones before he realised it made him look like an asshole to bitch about a game he clearly knew nothing about and went into blind.
Jim will make the excuse that the SPs are all terrible games so there's no point in prepping, but that really just underscores how pointless the series is. There's only so many times you can feign shock at broken shovelware or asset flips.

It's pretty incredible that every series the man makes has converged to the lowest common denominator of "expressing righteous indignation over a tiny handful of topics ad nauseum".
No wonder he's (along with his audience) gotten sick of it.

I can't think of another big creator who's wound up in such a clear death spiral/limbo; most have either evolved with the times (RLM) or just stopped making videos (Spoony).
Dunno if it's commendable or insanity that Jim continues to produce increasingly reductive, repetitive content he clearly hates for an audience that's shrinking by the week. He's like a YouTube 9-5er at this point; clocks in, does his job, clocks out.
It's only a matter of time before Night Mind or Nexpo does a feature on him because they mistake his channel for an ARG creepypasta.

It's a shame, because I kind of enjoyed the game for what it was. Jim seemed genuinely surprised by some of it, which is the kind of good reaction that can form the basis of a decent short play video like this.
But this is still worse than the old Squirty Play videos he used to do. The editing was worse--adding the title every time Jim brainlessly repeats it as a "joke" was terrible. Adding text to highlight Jim's "witty" jokes about himself was also terrible. The zoom in was used for comedic effect instead of for clarification. Previously, he used to just let a gameplay reveal sit, and let the comedy play out from the obviously weird situation, instead of using a forced perspective as a gag. Everything about the video's composition was a decline from his previous work.
And that's before we get to Jim himself. Referring to himself as "James Stephanie" is just jarring and hits the ear wrong. He randomly drops a "fuck Activision Blizzard" line out of nowhere, riffing off his own half-joke about a misremembered Call of Duty line. He sounds like he's slightly high and not even aware that he's playing a game, just rambling about the scenery the same way he might while wandering down a grocery store aisle.
5 minutes in, he says "I'm not really paying attention" after being given an objective marker. That alone isn't damning; bad games often hide objectives in flavor text dumps that can be ignored while you look at a waypoint arrow. But it's literally a single line of text across the top of the screen. If you're speedrunning for your own sake, fine. But Mr Showman YouTuber here should know he needs to follow the game somewhat to get an entertaining video for his viewers, instead of missing something important and stumbling through grass for 20 minutes. I don't expect him to memorize the lore, but if you can't be arsed to know what the game told you to do after you walk around the next corner, why bother at all?
This is the kind of content I've wanted Jim to go back to for more than a year, and he's clearly unable or unwilling to do it properly any more.
I unsubscribed after his coming out video, when he dared people to unsubscribe and therefore admit they were "transphobic". But that challenge was an admission he was never going to put out worthwhile content again, and anyone sticking around waiting to be entertained was wasting their time.

This mostly only covers dolphins and lesser whales. Greater whales and krakens are often the upper 5% of wealth and up, and usually don't have these issues. They just literally don't notice this type of spending. They enjoy video games, but they value their time more than money, so if they enjoy the core loop, but want progression faster, they drop seemingly infinite money on it.
There's also a fair bit of kicking down on the poor among the upper echelons of whales and Krakens, a desire to flaunt power which they don't get to flaunt over their social peers. "I can afford to P2W you poor pathetic little bitch, sucks to be poor" is a real mentality found in whales. It's basically a financial power fantasy.
The psychology of the whale is part of my job to understand, so I consistently have the pleasure of having to read the latest research. It's quite interesting, I first started reading it go understand these people out of curiosity, now it's my job, and it's a really shady business.
I feel awful when I'm doing my job to exploit the mentally unwell who will put themselves in further poverty just to buy more digital crap, it feels like a dirty goal. It's just not work I'm proud of the reason I'm doing it, even if I take pride on the precision I exploit it when I must do so. I often argue with my superiors to target the assholes who are too rich to care. If you want to be a fucking dick out to bully those with less money, fine. I'll overcharge you all day and target every weak point in your psychological profile. I love my craft, I just don't like knowing it's used to hurt the disadvantaged, give me puzzles.
The methods used are very different depending on what you're whaling for. To target the mentally ill you use loud noises, flashing lights, and FOMO. To target the assholes you use their own ego. Offer power, fuck with match making and MMR so when they spend money they rank up faster than their performance should allow so they win up front then suddenly stonewall and decide to win again they need to spend harder. Try to match them with others who spent money to cause a financial arms race.
This asshole factor, BTW, is why CoD lacks a proper match making system based on ranks and approximate skill. They know some of their players buy the yearly game to shit in worse players. Not to have a fair match. That's why you can be matched with a prestige 10 on your first game. They want him to be able to shit on you. Moving higher power weapons later in progression is in service of the same thing. It's to create a weaker prey caste for assholes. CoD just hasn't monetized it as effectively as World of Warfare.
Gamers are some of the coolest, most accepting, kindest, chill, based, helpful, compassionate people I've met. They are also assholes. Fuck gamers. And I'd call myself one. We're shit stains and deserve to be fucked over at times. We also don't deserve to be fed half finished crap and over charged for it.

How the fuck do you even manage to lose subs in 2021? 90% of subscribers for channels this old are just abandoned accounts or people who forgot they were even subscribed since everything operates through algorithms now so you don't even see videos from your subscribed channels once you stop actively clicking on them. I know channels with 5M+ subs that get 50k views per video because everyone has forgotten about them.
You've gotta be doing something extraordinarily terrible for people to bother clicking 'unsubscribe'.

Sustained sub loss also represents potential new subs that are being missed. Many if not most channels naturally trickle in new subs over time so outright regression is a lot worse than the numbers belie even if it's a slow bleed like Jim.
