Even that pic that's altered to show him smiling doesn't make him look good. Even without his deformity, he'd be a 4 at most. He's just not pleasant to look at. He could offset this by being a good, interesting person. Instead, he's a textbook example of NPD and low IQ.

Disability aside, the thinning greasy hair, oily face and poorly fitted clothing make it impossible for him to be attractive. I remember seeing an older pic of him, maybe from missionary time frame, where he has like lush hair and I was like, WTF happened, how did that turn into the permanent wet greasy mess he now sports?

We aren't harassing him. Talking about someone is not harassment, if it was, then every elected official in the country could sue their critics. As for defamation, well, he seems to think he really didn't plead guilty to the harassment charge, so us saying he's a convicted harasser is somehow not true. He did in fact plead guilty, so it's true and therefore not defamation.

I hope the judge kicks the whole thing soon. This has to be weighing on Null. Dismiss the damn thing with prejudice so Null can resume normal operations, and Russ has something new to sperg about.

He's afraid of other men in person, but he's a complete asshole to men from the safety of his keyboard. He doesn't even like other guys who also hire sex workers. He dumped on a guy who has kids (but isn't married) for seeing some escort Russ had eyes on. He thinks he's allowed to dictate who is and isn't permitted to hire sex workers. He also thought he was the only guy who was nice to hookers, until one called him out and told him he wasn't special, lots of guys are nice to them for various reasons and he wasn't special. He didn't reply to that. He pretty much wilted when Erika's bf told him to fuck off. He started harassing her again later, but he generally doesn't like confrontations with men.

Part of me agrees because this is such a waste of everyone's time. Utah needs better anti-SLAPP laws. If there was a chance Skordas could recover fees, it wouldn't be so bad, but blood from a stone and all that.

He sued for copyright, defamation, and harassment.

1. The copyright charge is simple. We host links to third-party bootleg sites for his book, and he seems to think that it's illegal. It's not, and Jersh has case law to prove it.
2. The defamation charge is also simple. We're calling him names, and he seems to think that's defamation. It's not. It's no different than the schoolyard bully calling you a poopy head. Defamation, legally, is false information that damages your reputation in such a way that it lowers the opinions of others. We archive his ramblings and we comment on them, but we do not actively go out and attempt to affect others' opinions of Russell. He does that himself. (A real example of defamation would be Vordrak's campaign against Josh.)
3. The harassment charge is quite simple as well. He claims people are harassing him, and those people are from the Farms. This falls on its face for a couple of reasons:
   1. The Farms has an explicit rule about trolling campaigns: namely, don't do it.
   2. The harassment he shows is done online. A true harassment campaign has to be done in such a way that you can't remove it from your life. Russ can simply turn off the computer if he doesn't want to see what we say about him.
   3. While it is possible people are harassing Russ, and using the Farms as a means to get information on how to harass him, Russell needs to prove that the people harassing him use the Farms as a source, and/or that the people harassing him are from the Farms. Even then, he needs to track each person down through their screen names and bring suit against them personally. Since he can't do that, he's going after Jersh and the Farms.
   4. It is not Jersh's responsibility to secure Russ's information. It is Russ's responsibility to secure his own information.
