Horrorcow Lucas Werner - A man of Spokane, Washington who is obsessed with millennial and Gen Z chicks

I'm actually a bit surprised that, in between the board game nonsense and the usual age gap love rants, we haven't heard anything about his new neighbors and roommates. I'm trying to remember how long it took Lucas to start describing all of his FartBox neighbors: the woman who "loved BBC", the guy who biked a lot and lived above lucas, getting all the action Lucas wanted, etc. He's pretty self-involved (understatement of the millennium) but at the same time, he's living in very close proximity with these people, so...
I agree, it's unusual. Other than the loud TV, he's said nothing about his neighbors and appears to want to leave his place all day and night. He's probably sleeping outside, as others noted.

What is he paying $744/month, like 75% of his income for?

Lucas somehow may be in a worse situation than he was while homeless a month ago.

Nah man, you're just a conspiracy theorist. Lucas just likes walking on his bum foot all fucking day.

But yeah, this is never going to last. He's going to get to a point where he either gets thrown out for something, or he's gonna leave because he's tired of having little to no spending money.

If he's smart he'll stay there until the upcoming winter ends, at least.

If he's giving 75% of his income I'd say he's paying for room, meals and laundry services at the very least.
I'd wager to bet it's a mental assistant living arrangement for those unable to manage their cash. They are common in some areas but would explain his extended stay. There are a few in my area where the people are allowed to leave and work or be outside but at 9pm you aren't back you don't get in.

Think of it as a mental home for the slightly insane. I doubt it's a stabilization home as most act more like rehabilitation and won't allow people to be out at all or if so they are supervised by a tard wrangler, I could be wrong but mostly stabilization places are free to most people covered under government assistance.

Mallon Place is an assistant living facility. It might not be for only the mentally ill people.

Thanks for the name I was able to find some reviews and found he's paying for meals, room, transportation to appointments.
From everything I've read the place is for disabled people not just mentally disabled but physically aswell and they also take wayyyyy too much money for their services.

Sounds like he's got a good chance of getting done in by a skizo

I hope it is not lost on Lucas, crusader against agephobia, that he is living at a nursing home.

It's for people who, for whatever reason, cannot live independently, but can afford to pay somewhere around $744 a month. As a practical matter this means tugboaters, the disabled and the very old and isolated. Lucas's "roomies," and the member of his community, are likely to be some combination of crazy, crippled, addicted, and elderly. Lucas may even be more outwardly functional than many of them, or at least require less immediate care and supervision.

One of the rules that comes up frequently in the reviews and discussions of this place is that residents are "free to come and go" between 6am and 11pm. The curfew seems to be taken relatively seriously, though there is no publicly available copy of the house rules for weens to harass Lucas over. But I am very interested in Lucas's ability to conform his conduct to rules, social or otherwise, and expectations in general. And his little camping trip last night piques my curiosity about how well he's doing in his new community...

Places like this are not for tugboaters, they can't afford it and should be in subsidized housing. I guess it's for elderly in a pinch, criminals since this place is a location with a couple prisons and a bunch of lawyers, and druggies.

I am real interested now in Lucas's living arrangements, the signs point to it not being plenty good. Lucas is used to staying at hobo shelters and those places are full of banged up, crazy people. But something must be different here. If you live close quarters with someone you don't get along with, then things can go sideways fast. Especially, if that someone is mentally ill or a convicted felon. Let's face it, almost no one gets along with Lucas because he is such a terrible person.

The next month should be very telling, maybe Lucas will leave on his own accord? But, I wonder if his payee would refuse to stop the tardbux disbursement unless he found a new place, or was kicked out?

Edit: The cow didn't know how good he had it at the Pioneer House. That was really the best he could hope for, living in the fart box.

Looked to me he was in an enclosed room with unfinished walls. The 2 by 4/6? framing can be seen behind the picnic table. A light switch and door to the right. Could be in the Mallon Place property or he got in some place else.

Maybe he got placed there because he burned too many bridges and this is the only place around willing to deal with him.

Lucas is a problem tenant, after all. He comes with baggage.

Looking at Mallon Place on Google Earth shows a cobbled together mess of a structure with multiple outbuildings.

Notably there are benches similar to his video next to a garage/outbuilding.

I said a variation of this thing shortly after he was kicked out of the fart box.

He had everything he need to at least live a seminormal life at Pioneer. It was the perfect set up for a retard like Lucas. Roof over his head, a regular disbursement of tard funds covering bills and he even had a nice stash of spending money leftover per month. He had it made.

Fucking that up might be the biggest mistake of his “adult” life. But Lucas is gonna do Lucas I guess.

Agreed that they can't afford it, but it seems that they're being sent there, and the purpose of a things is what it's used for, etc...

A reoccurring complaint in the reviews: they take all of my family members check, yet the services suck. Same complaint Lucas is making. The complaint of the disabled vet, who's check is much larger than Lucas's, is interesting.

Somebody asks him in that video if his dad is rich, around 14:00, and he's like "Uh, IDK, I never thought about it."

Bull-fucking-shit. He's always obsessing about how rich he thinks his parents are, and how he's gonna get it all when they die.
He also said in that vid that his dad’s property is worth $300k, when in the past he’s said it’s worth $5mil 😂

Also — why is he making all of these videos in Spanish?? Everybody knows he doesn’t actually speak Spanish, and even if he did, who are these for? Is there a large Spanish speaking population in Spokane?

I don't think he has the ability or capacity to harm anyone.

I've said it before, he was living life on easy street. Cheap as fuck apartment, no other bills other than his phone, pretty much all of his tug boat was disposable. But he has to be the victim, he has to constantly get ass pats, regardless if it fucks him over or not. Just like Phil.
