He's literally always spamming either attack or dash. He never actually plays around the obvious telegraphed attacks.

The only way I can enjoy watching him play through this is definitely "How can Phil fuck up this run when it's being handed to him?" and everytime he's left up to decisions, he always fucks it up.

He never goes in and out of enemy ranges until he’s low on health, he just dash’s in a circle around them and eats their aoe attacks

I’ll never get over the no cast thing, like it’s not that hard, especially for someone who plays video games as much as he does. He’s presented with multiple versions of weapons that have unique abilities, his chat tells him the unique abilities, and not only does he not even attempt to turn the wheels in his brain about how he can capitalize on the current ability, he completely forgets about them a few minutes later and just defaults to spamming dash attacks like a crazy person

For those of you who don't know, Youtube Premium pays content creators on youtube based on the time you watch them instead of having you watch ads. DSP wanting to get free subscriptions from Youtube Premium members is a major attempt to double dip, it made sense with Prime memberships because the membership is used in place of the ads on Twitch (Any sub even prime subs always removed ads) but it makes no sense on Youtube with how the premium model works.
