And what blows my mind is this is how he makes his living. Streaming is a very technical hobby, it requires a certain level of knowledge. This is why DSP's streams look like pixelated garbage 90% of the time, he doesn't adjust encoding settings for the clearest output to Twitch/Youtube, hell he probably doesn't even know how to have SLOBS set those settings for you.

DSP should have never become a streamer or youtuber, it's nonsense that it ever happened. Guy with no technical skill, charm, talent, or know-how points his camera at his tv and drinks while playing video games and somehow he becomes successful enough to live off handicapped fans for 10+ years?

It's just the mentality Phil has with his job. He puts in just enough effort for the stream to function, and calls it a day. He doesn't put any money or effort into improving the streaming experience unless it's some benefit for himself first. He does 0 prep-work for his streams, so if shit breaks he's gonna deal with it live. Streaming to him seems like a menial desk job where he just rolls in and clocks in right on time and clocks out as soon as it hits 5:00, and then he doesn't think about it again until it's time to roll into work again.

ah thats what it was with Y7, the cross save thing. There was something that was an issue with the upgrade I forgot it was the cross saveing.

For clarity’s sake, Yakuza 7 did it (there isn’t cross-save support between PS4 and PS5, though) and only the Ultimate Edition of Control had a free PS5 upgrade.

Death Stranding is different, and considering how much content they’re adding to the Director’s Cut, I’d say 10 bucks to upgrade is fairly reasonable.

Nevertheless, this just shows Phil’s lack of research and his how hypocritical he is considering he’s got paywalls to wear ridiculous hats and vests.

Sure, it's not like game development or building computers, really the tools these days make it so easy anyone can do it as shown by DSP and thots, still at it's core though the more you can handle on the technical side the better your streams will be (though if you don't have tits you might have a hard time drawing an audience no matter how good it looks).

clean mine every 2 months. in my experience if you let yer PC get below 90% clean, it's impossible to get back up to 100%.

Since people are talking about the technical side of schtreeming lemme just give you some food for thought here.

I've been following the lolcow Hasan Abi for a while now and since he's been under increased scrutiny recently because he espouses "eat the rich" leftist views but has purchased a 3+ million dollar home, I'd like to point out how low effort your shit can be and you can still make insane amounts of money. His khantent is shittier and lazier than Phil's. Phil at least plays video games poorly, Hasan is one of those tards who reacts to other people's videos which is even a lower effort type of khantent. When Phil takes his piss'n'WWE Champions break, he at least puts on his autism music and a stream slideshow. Hasan leaves without warning to eat the chicken nuggies his mom made (not making it up or exaggerating or anything) for about an hour, leaves the video he's reacting to still running and doesn't put on an "I'm on break" slide or anything, it's just a view of an empty chair while someone else's video is playing. His reactions are shit too, he doesn't even react to most of the video he's watching even when he is on screen and not in the kitchen eating his mom's chicky nuggies and drinking choccy milk. He's even more toxic to his viewers and will ban long-term subscribers if they even piss him off in that moment. When people criticized his khantent (namely him leaving without warning for an hour without putting a slide and some music) he retorted with "DO YOU WANT ME TO DIE?" Also, he's the nephew of Cenk "Lover of Horses" Uighur from TYT. Despite this, he has tens of thousands of followers who put even the most pignotized members of the Pig Cult like KGhaleon to shame with how loyal and devoted they are to this guy.

I just want to point out regarding Phil's recent claims that Kat has been working her ass off to help make ends meet...

1. As far as we know, Kat works part time in retail. She isn't working her ass off by any metric.
2. If Kat has been contributing to bills, then, mathematically, Phil has been feigning distress even harder than usual, and there is no excuse for a late mortgage payment.

I try to clean mine once every few months, sometimes life and laziness get in the way. Dust filters really help. The inside of his PC probably has a layer of dust that can be peeled off in one piece. Fans likely don't even spin anymore.
