Oh I see, I thought we were talking about a show runner or animator. I've only ever sorta followed like two actors, Frank Welker & Jim Cummings. They're both in a lot of roles & high talent.

Western animation is such a joke. Wasn't always this way, it is now.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the reason Western animation is so terrible isn't because of tech advances or Cal-arts but because of industry cronyism. This amount of incompetence feels like friends hiring friends. And that's me being generous in assuming they're not woke political friends.

Animation is a comparatively small industry, is the thing. Everybody knows everybody, basically. Even if you don't know people, word gets around easily.
