Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I'm so annoyed by this. As a fat man in my 30's I was going to go get the vaccine next time I went to my local grocery store now that it's approved. But I work at a place with 300 employees that does federal contract work, so I know I'm going to be mandated.

The mandate is the one thing that is going to push me back from getting it.

Not sure what I'm going to do now.
Say no.

When society collapses, which secret desire you've been suppressing all these years living in a polite society are you excited to unleash?
I always figured that in case of zombie apocalypse I would loot the nearest bookstore. Sadly I have enough books now to last through the apocalypse so I don't know what to do now.
I know there's a lot of sound and fury at #resisting the mandates, but my real interest is how many that will stand their ground in the coming weeks. Talk is easy. Will they back up their talk when the feds start knocking on doors?
Biggest issue will be the insurance part. My boss and everyone at work refuses to get the vaccine. Guess we'll find out what happens.

@knobslobbin - There's already a lot of active stressors in the supply chain involving food, and people are grumbling at the rise in grocery prices that the Biden administration already pooh-poohed as shown several pages earlier. "If you don't count groceries, inflation is not happening!" was basically their justification.

No. When food starts getting adversely affected, and people lose out on daily meals en masse, there will be boiling blood.

One step closer.....

What's a fed going to do if they knock on your door, and answer "have you gotten the jab?" with "no"?

Because the answer to that question is what will determine how many people in suits Biden gets to check his watch at. Feds aren't stupid, they also know this, and it's one of the reasons why I expect this initiative, if it does go that fucking far, will fall over on its face from its own weight.

@Tree

You may have been asking more rhetorically, but yes. I actually think I said as much earlier in the thread. We might differ on what type of action is meaningful, tho.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no pacifist and I don't like playing political games, but being prepared and coordinated involves more than just having guns and a HAM radio. It's convenient, and can be quite beneficial, to practice co-ordination with activities that won't put people in jail before jail would be the lucky outcome. All this assuming we even get a chance for it.

I always answer the door with a weapon in hand. Anyone who wants to do business in a residential neighborhood is automatically sus.

It just occurred to me that this might actually be related to the ammo ban that came in recently.

Push people into a corner, people push back. Push enough unstable people, they lash out. Do that to millions of people in a high gun ownership nation, someones likely to get shot over this. This is a way to get a false flag without actually spending capital to orchestrate an event, just force it naturally. This gives them a free card to pivot towards trying gun control, and lets them push back against vaccine hesistancy in the media with "What, are you a mass killer too?" and try and paint the opposition as terrorist. They already seeded the ground with the American Taliban comments, they can point to a very recent action in the russian ammo ban as "Look, we tried something other than taking the guns, and it didn't work".

My glownigger alarm is going off heavily. This would make marginally more sense than just yeeting out a massive, nation splitting constitutional violation for no reason. Action was suddenly taken, someone has to be hoping for a hail mary out the end of it. Because the alternative is just malice for malice's sake.

The previous post is obvious. Not saying it's intentional (might be a bonus for them though).
Someone will go stupid and do a thing after they lose their job. Especially if the rest of their in-person life has been destroyed.

The question is simple, death or surrender. As we saw with the Jan. 6 protestors, we will not be shown mercy or given due process if we surrender.

I mean yeah, you're not wrong, everything has been varying degrees of shit since that day almost 20 years ago.

But I wasn't trying to say otherwise, all I was trying to say is things were still comparatively less shit in some noteworthy ways.
Hell, I grew up up broke as fuck in the 2000's (10+ people living in a 2 bedroom apartment broke) and I say the 2000's were pretty cool. No harm in wishing for simpler, pre-dementia president times.

Also, to clarify, the feds have been tapping phones since at least the fifties (just ask Hemmingway) and that "20 year war" has been going on since at least the 90s (operation desert storm).

The only way shit like that works, however, is if the people who commit the attack don't have a large contingent of the U.S. supportive of them. It'll blow up like a stack of dynamite in their faces if someone does some minecraft on 9/11 and people are sympathetic to the guy on the same level as Kyle Rittenhouse or Derek Chauvin.

Hypothetically, if we were some kind of borg, I'd have us peacefully march and physically remove, so to speak, every politician, journalist, hollywood producer, corporate banker, federal reserve staff, the whole lot of corrupt cultural elites, while not at all showing malice towards the military or the other useful idiots that would try to defend them. I'd have to think we'd get quite a few instances where we'd not be fired on, and quite a few where we would, but after rumors of our intentions spread, surely we'd be able to get most of them. What's a few thousand borglings to mostly peacefully remove a corrupt oligarchy?

"God I hate HHH. I hate being around HHH. I hate discussing politics with HHH.

Hey, HHH come here! I need to be angry."

Maybe people wouldn't be so MATI at HHH if they stopped thinking about him for 10 minutes and stopped posting. If he pisses you off that much, bitch out and press Ignore.

This is getting beyond pathetic.
Before people talked about him and then he and his sycophants bitched and moaned and whined about how you always need to at him or you're a coward, and now people are ating him and telling him to come over and chat.

Oh no the absolute retard who runs around like a moron and dumbly trolls everyone he sees whenever he's online is disliked and people want to piss on him who'd have thought.

Maybe the things you say and do have consequences you absolute moron.
