As I understand it, in her writings "God" is the name of Christian God.
She sometimes uses Adonai and YHWH too. And sometimes uses elohim (not capitalized) in places where regular people say "god" - for example in a sentence "money is your elohim".
It generally comes down to: when one text says to be merciful and the other to be vindictive, she always picks the one that says to be vindictive and dismisses one that says to be merciful.

Only that the appellate clerks are doing their job. It means that her appeal has been received and docketed. It doesn't mean her appeal has been approved yet, or anything as such

Well yes, assuming Mel doesn't trigger a back and forth of ever more insane motions about it. But she can't actually file any appeal until that matter is settled, can she? Doesn't it get politely kicked back with a note to wait until the trial court is finished and has issued a final judgement? This would seem particularly key because the defendants are asking for an Appeal Bond, which if granted would need be satisfied before she could file. Which given Mel being Mel, she is trying to slip in an appeal filing before she gets hit with that in the hopes that it somehow bypasses the issue.
You know, throughout the months of lolsuits over the past year or two, I've learned the to be labeled a vexatious litigant is actually kinda hard to do.
