Ian Crosby Danskin / Innuendo Studios - Do You Wanna Build A Strawman? (cuckold, creep, and communist who makes a living off of poisoning the well for public discourse.)

This is by far his most sinister video yet in terms of message. Since he makes a point of stating that this hypothetical argument over Israel has gone on for weeks up to this point, why should we presume that the right-winger softens his rhetoric because he "sees potential" in the other person, rather than them, say, becoming less heated and naturally more willing to be conciliatory as time goes on? Anyone who has had a row or a falling-out with someone else knows that you both usually "cool down" and eventually resolve the matter cordially. An argument that lasts for weeks and that remains as heated and vitriolic as it started would be very unusual, regardless of what it was about.

Now, to be clear: Lovebombing is a real thing, but I've never seen it be used in the way he's describing. In fact, his understanding of what "lovebombing" is appears to be completely the wrong way around: In the real world the anger and abuse starts after the victim has been reeled in through kindness, not before.

It seems that what he is describing as "lovebombing" is actually just the other person being civil - statements like "I can see where you're coming from, but...", "You seem like a smart guy, so you should be able to see that..." and so on. He's essentially telling his audience that, if a long-running argument has reached the point where the other person is beginning to mellow out and isn't simply spitting venom at them, then this is not the argument reaching a conclusion, but is in fact a deceptive ruse intended to let their guard down and so (presumably) shouldn't be reciprocated. It's a take that's completely contrary to how people in the real world act, ultimately serving to give justification to toxic behaviour on the part of his audience (provided they are on the so-called "right side of history", of course).

I hate this faggot. First time I encountered him was I searched Phil Fish looking to see if there was a good video essay explaining the hate against him (which I've since learned). I turned it off after he had went into a diatribe about how awful GamerGate is and how poor Anita was getting insane attacks online. That wasn't even the worst part. He spent 5 minutes trying to do mental gymnastics about how people don't actually hate Phil Fish, they hate the idea of Phil Fish and compared him to Nickelback. People don't hate Nickelback, they just hate what it represents and enjoy hating the idea of hating Nickelback, and I'm like "no, people hate Nickelback because they think their music sucks, and people hate Phil Fish for being a whiny crybully who represents everything wrong with modern game developers."
So of course I clicked his channel and there were 20 videos about "the alt-right pipeline." Not surprised he's a cuckold.

I hate phil fish because he stole credit for a game and was never called out for it.

Some time since my last post, I wen to actually watching his Alt-Right Playbook series.
When I was mentally debunking his videos, one thing becam ever clearer: The Alt-Right Playbook is actually jus the contents of this book:
Everyone-I-dont-like-is-Hitler.jpg

The very first video lumps together many disparate groups into a nebulous 'alt-right', down to making a rainbow Venn diagramme of these groups. Notably, he seriously thinks that Breitbart News and 4chan are literally from the same group... and that is before he pulls up the 'intersectionality'. While he does admi tha they are incompatible groups (never mind his combining 4chan with Breitbart News), he then claims that all of these groups are combining into a cohesive alt-right Illuminati.

While I did not finish listening to his playlist, the next six or seven videos eithe reinforce or otherwise depend on this trumped-up intersectionality. While I wish that I can more conclusively prove that intersectionality does not exist, the ridiculous, made-up, paranoiac yet convenient premise should be sufficient reason in dismissing th entire video series.

Crossposting from Breadtube thread:
"I quit my job to make Youtube videos and ended up getting $100,000 in debt."
Preservetube link
Didn't watch the video, but the amount he's raised thus far is disappointing but not unexpected considering breadtube audiences.

He also linked to his resume in the description. Here's the thumbnail. I also linked the PDF.

It also appears like he's going to try and pivot into video game shit with another failed breadtuber. I can't see that being anything other than disastrous. If Nebula is paying for these videos, I can't imagine the company will survive into the next decade.

This is "Willow's" Youtube channel. The name flashed that picture of the Nazi noticing the 3-raised fingers in my mind before I even clicked the channel.

I hope Harmful Opinions does a video on this, even if it might feel mean-spirited.

WHY would he quit his job to become a youtuber? He was never making much, at it's peak, his patreon was pulling in about $4,000 a month, which are poverty wages in Boston MA (plus taxes!). And it only declined over the years because his output slowed to like 2-3 videos a year

This whole time I assumed he was supplementing his day job because he sure as fuck wasn't producing content full time. What the fuck.

Maybe he got a dose of hopium when his videos blew up in 2014-2015, but after a year or two of shrinking income you'd think he start applying to the nearest grocery store

I'm watching Harmful Opinion's stream. He's going over the video now, and upon seeing his Patreon (which he gets more for doing nothing essentially) he immediately exclaimed he was doing drugs or something. The guy gets a lower middle class income for doing nothing and yet is close to a 100k in debt (he has been earning upwards of 3k every month since the end of 2019). The entire video is him trying to cope for why the situation isn't his fault; it's also such a manipulative video that almost seems tailor made to milk the Breadtube audience.

He stopped doing gig work and all other jobs in 2017. Granted his patreon saw a huge jump, but it flatlined to a still-not-livable wage

Also LOL @ any leftist who refuses to pay their taxes. That would come at the expense of his consumerist lifestyle. What, you don't expect him to cut his living expenses, do you? How can anyone edit videos from an apartment in Oklahoma?

I vaguely remember him mentioning mental health/depression issues in a patreon post in 2022. To HR, the sudden emergence of vague and unresolvable health issues is code for 'substance abuse'.

If he had an actual job he'd call out sick with 'stomach problems' every Monday. Unless Mondays are remote work days, of course

This is partially facetious and autistic of me, but he's paying upwards of 3.5k in his current situation for rent (he didn't give an exact figure but cites an average) but he could drop that down by 1.5k if he moved half an hour away from Jamaica Plains according to my basic ass googling. I hope he gets more pressed by people enquiring about his situation and he lets something slip.

Man, I really, really hope this blows up in people's faces later. It's not my money but it does make me roll my eyes. His income from Patreon puts him in the middle class in the UK, and I'm not ashamed to admit that I envy he gets so much income for so little work. He'll likely put out a video tomorrow, holding back false tears thanking everybody and promising more content is on the way. If he's obfuscating the actual reason behind accruing so much debt then he may very well be back later, asking for more.

Wall of shame

Now that it's been out long enough to stew, more comments are coming in of people wondering how he managed to accrue so much debt to begin with and advising him to downsize, which if you look at his comments in my other post above, he very likely has zero intention of doing.

In the sea of glazing and praise (he gets a similar treatment to Contrapoints in that he somehow 'de-radicalises' people from the Right, even though it's just Leftists consuming his content to begin with) there's a few nuggets of negativity.

He knows what he did in the video when he made that comment. "Run it at a loss" implies he was spending more on the channel than it was producing, which is a fucking lie of course.

It's an easy prediction to make, but he's not going to go into a full time job or some other shit. Even if it failed, he wouldn't, not when he's earning a middle class income for jack shit. I'd even argue he never considered it as a possibility either. That single page resume is a joke and any employer that saw this view of him holding back fake tears and admitting he's shit at handling money wouldn't risk it. Some people in the comments also recommended he just take the bankruptcy route, but in the video where he argues against that, he says he's familiar with the process of debt collection and that he'd still have to repay some of the money anyway (which if that's the case, isn't he admitting here that he regularly has a problem with debt?) but if he's trying to buy a house or some shit, then it's probably not tenable to bankrupt yourself.

Anyway, I hope this cuckold embarrasses himself again in the future and the people who fell for his act feel ashamed.

🎩 Sorry for the sperg.
