Still referring to Xander as "unborn". He was mocked on multiple threads for believing that a child could stay in the womb for 10 months, then less than a week later:
  • Ralph has a picture of Xander
  • Faith loses her phone for communicating with Ralph
  • Ralph claims they've talked daily since she left, she sent him multiple pictures of the kid and he has even "talked to" Xander
Two statements that contradict each other, he didn't know about his child being born but at he same time he has had contact with him all along?
The most likely scenario seems to be:
  • Ralph tweets about his "unborn child"
  • Ralph is mocked for not knowing his child was born
  • Ralph is mocked for using distancing language ("my unborn child" instead of the kid's name) every single time he has talked about the baby
  • Ralph proceeds to contact Faith to confirm the kid was born
  • Faith tries to appease Ralph by sending him a couple of pics and maybe a call where he gets to "meet" the baby
  • Ralph runs to Twitter to brag about having had contact with the child and his mother all along, now calling the baby by his name (sort of, since by now everyone but Ralph calls him Xander)
  • Vickers finds out that Faith caved to Ralph's demands and confiscates Faith's phone, causing Ralph to rage even harder than usual
  • Ralph lies about the whole situation like he always does
Either way, whatever has happened, Faith is an absolute retard for not completely cutting off contact with him, the last I remember of her posting on Twitter (last December) before Vickers got her to shut down the account was how much she regretted her actions toward her parents and all this bullshit about having changed or realized what situation she was in or whatever, but it wouldn't surprise me in the LEAST if she immediately started bitching to Ralph about how her parents are expecting too much or being demanding/"abusive" because she seems to be completely unable to have relationships with people without resorting to lies about her situation to get pity.

She was supposed to be on some type of pregnancy friendly anti depressant, I know nothing about the types of medication that are OK during pregnancy but I imagine that they are not particularly strong, besides she seems like she needs something much stronger than the standard SSRI/anti depressant bullshit that is normally prescribed to people since she lies to every person she talks to.

The one point against this entire theory is how hard Ralph tried to sell the "I'm sober" story even though it is obviously not true. My guess is that he has been doing it to convince Faith that he has changed and has been trying to lure her back to the crackshack 2.0

Anyway, the point is that Ralph's claim are probably complete bullshit, he either threatened her, or he didn't even have to since she does seem to be scared of him, which prompted her to send pictures so Ralph could brag on Twitter.
If nothing else, I would guess Faith is still pissed off about Ralph's relationship with Amanda, so that at least is keeping her from wanting to get back together with Ralph.

One last thing, someone mentioned that Ralph implied that May has bought a gun, which is illegal and can get Ralph into trouble, according to this site, if the following is true (which he already admitted it is), then Ralph could get in trouble:

I sent a superchat congratulating Ralph on the birth of his son when his mother died! Of course I extended condolences on his mother's death as well. That was way before the "unborn child" tweet.

While I can chalk it up to him referring to the fact that the Xander thread was created before he came into this world, can one be that forgetful?

Xander would be lucky if Deliverance kid was his father, he’d grow up tough as nails, know how to hunt, eat squirrel for breakfast and have lots of loyal kinfolk.

Also, the deliverance kid could play a mean banjo, that’s a fuckload more talent than Ralph has ever demonstrated.

Breaking: Matthew Vickers is seeking a restraining order against Ethan, with a court date set for Monday.

Ethan has responded that he will be flying out to attend the court hearing in person.

EDIT: He says he's going to have to hire a lawyer at the end of the show, and is looking through listings now.

Ralph, your most unhealthy and unproductive behavior has nothing to do with how much you've drank, how much of what you've smoked, or how many pills you've popped. Ralph. Ethan, leave the kid alone. If you have one decent bone in your fucked up body, or one neuron capable of being a moral agent you'll just let the kid stay with it's mom and her parents - far away from you and your shit-hole attitude. Do right by God, humanity, yourself, your family, and the kid and just stay the fuck away from them. For the love of God, man, just stop.

I can't imagine that a lawyer from California would touch Ralph's case without a high premium up front. Imagine living in the most liberal state in the country and having the walking personification of racist Trump supporter redneck walking into your office and, stinking of cheap whiskey, asks to hire you because he knocked up a girl half his age and he wants to take the baby out of California. Whole thing will be a shitshow.

The retainer on a midrange family attorney is an easy $5000~$7500 and taking any civil issue to court is $75,000 easy. If he has to appear in person, D.C. to Sacramento is an easy $750 each round trip. He will be hemorrhaging cash out the ass.

Ralph should just apologize and work something out. There's no winning in this. If he gets custody he's on the hook for child support. It's thousands to be suddenly liable for thousands.

I'm still wondering if Ralph is trying to get Faith to silently sneak out with Xander and fly to Virginia to be with him since she's the only legal guardian. That way he would be able to act like the kid's father without paying child support if she left.
