Today I learned that Ethan Ralph's mother was such a whore that his father had to order a paternity test to confirm Ethan was his son.

My personal theory on this for a while is that when Ronnie Ralph abandoned Ethan - and more specifically Ralph's disabled brother, which is just sad - he attempted to deny paternity to avoid having to pay child support. Note, in a message to Faith, Ralph stated how Ronnie hurt him the most. This occurred iirc when Ralph was 12 years old, and so that puts us in the mid-90s. I have had a Google, and apparently paternal DNA testing was available then.

My guess is that this is a bigger indication of Ronnie Ralph being a piece of shit deadbeat dad, like his son, than the number of partners Sandra had.

I thought Matt did good in the interaction given he was caught unawares, but a quicker man would have ran with this paternity test thing. There's an alternative universe somewhere, where Matt inspired Ralph to start screaming by laughing at his white trash ass for boasting about a family paternity test.

There is a temporary restraining order (TRO) already in place that comes with filing for one. It is good until the court hearing for the real order. These are typically things the court wants to take care of. It's not a sped who didn't pay a fine or a tweaker who shoplifted. What the court doesn't understand is that it's two fat nobodies from the internet having a slap fight. It would probably get taken less seriously if they did. The lawyer and domestic violence websites I looked at say a civil harassment order is typically ruled on in about a month. The courts are clogged with cases now on general, but I don't believe this will get repeatedly kicked down the road.

If Mrs. Rekeita wanted to take the kids and run tomorrow, Nick would be able to legally pursue getting his children back. Ralph isn’t even listed on the birth certificate.
The only claim Ralph has to Xander is that he fucked his mom. He’s just as much of a father as all those kids who raped Faith on the school bus.

Jarbo told PPP that it was Ralph who hung up on him and not the other way around. I would love for Jarbo and Ralph have a one on one but it would never happened because Ralph is to chicken shit to argue with anyone without any backup or his hugbox.

Do you anything about how and why they rule, and if Vickers has anything that actually backs up what he says.

It's good for 21 to 25 days, or until a hearing.

(g) Within 21 days, or, if good cause appears to the court, 25 days from the date that a petition for a temporary order is granted or denied, a hearing shall be held on the petition.  If a request for a temporary order is not made, the hearing shall be held within 21 days, or, if good cause appears to the court, 25 days, from the date that the petition is filed.

He legally has no right to such contact. He is not legally the child's father. Also he has posted revenge porn of the mother to the Internet and she alleges domestic abuse as well. The court is going to take that into context. If Faith really has repeatedly contacted the Gunt, she's going to have some explaining to do.

At the hearing, either it will be extended into a temporary injunction pending the rest of the litigation, or it will be dissolved. It could turn out to be a huge nothingburger at that point.
