This sort of thing hasn't stopped ralph in the past, the dude is insanely spiteful and petty. I guess we'll just have to see how it plays out. The more likely scenario in my opinion is that he loses, and ralph never speaks of the vickers or xander again.

That's assuming he didn't have an attorney show up, which he could do. That being said, it looks like he filed a motion to continue the hearing, and now it is rescheduled to 09-Aug-2021 at 1400 PST as well. So he decided to no-show and file a motion to continue it at the very last minute.

It could be a one time deal or it could not be, it's entirely up to the individual court on how many they choose to give on a case - to my understanding.

It was less than a year ago when Faith made her hostage video, saying that her and Ralph planned to marry soon. I doubt even in her most paranoid fever dream could she have predicted how badly things would go for her thereafter.

-Get knocked up by the Gunt
-Get pressured into a threesome involving a non-binary person while pregnant.
-Get dumped for the non-binary person when you refuse the threesome.
-Have your own words from the hostage tape used against you when you try to sue for revenge porn, leaving you completely felted.
-Try to be cordial with Ralph once baby is born, letting him see Xander on facetime or whatever. Get phone taken away by Mr. Vickers once he figures it out.
-The day before the trial, Ralph proposes to the non-binary person. The day of the trial, he files a motion to continue which is granted.

I dislike attention whore teenagers on the internet as much as the next man, but this is a truly sad fate that I don't think I'd wish on anybody. And there are no winners here. Ralph created a situation where winning means getting your parental rights but making any kind of polite relationship with Xander's primary provider impossible. Just a total white trash dumpster fire. Love to see it.

I hope Vickers uses the fact Ralph didn't show so he could pursue and yell at Chris Chan as evidence.

So he bought himself a few days, it won't matter since Ralph will do one of the few things he does best; bend over, bite the pillow and take whatever they hand down against him. Later that day, he'll go on yet another retarded rant to try and deflect from losing in court again.
