I don't enjoy exercising so I'm not going to get much lower than I'm at without significant cutting. I lose about a pound a week still and that's good enough for me. If it's not good enough for you I don't care. Don't @ me.
How do you feel about weight-lifting rather than cardio?

Personally, I hate cardio (asthmatic - if makes my lungs hurt) but I'm okay lifting weights for a few reps. Another great thing about weights is that you get more muscle and muscle burns calories even while you're at rest. So you're essentially "exercising" even when you're not.

You don't enjoy exercise YET. It sucks at first, its hard, it hurts, its sweaty and tiring. But once you make it a habit, it becomes rewarding. After a couple of weeks, it doesn't hurt, and you don't get tired from it, but refreshed and energized, and you come to love a good sweat, and the delightfully sensual feeling of a post workout shower. You live life how you see fit, but I hope you are open to the idea.

That's when discipline comes into the picture. The trick is to start small, build a foundation for discipline, and build on it over time. Your test levels will increase, and you'll enjoy the sense of accomplishment after every workout. Remember, the evil people of this world don't want you to work out. Do so to spite them, even if its a small routine.

I’m positive you’re going to be pissed off getting yet another comment about exercise, Lmao……but honestly, right now would be a great time to start man. The main thing working out did for me is help me handle stress and adversity. You get dopamine flowing and it clears your mind, gives you perspective….it’s like meditating that also makes you less fat.

Also, the testosterone unironically helps your fighting instinct when people are fucking with you. You sleep better at night, further helping your mental health, stress management, and increasing your energy for when you need a lot of it.

Finally, if you want a nice Slavic lady, if you lose weight you could be banging a nice Slavic Hu-White woman and have that family and kids. Trannies are even funnier when you have a sex life, lmao.

Anyways unasked for advice over, but honestly seeing what you’ve been dealing with, a little exercise will really help out. I don’t know your life situation obviously but even daily walks are a good start. It’s worth it

So he went from 280 to 240? I strongly doubt a lot of this considering all of the lattes, meat trays, biscuits and what have you that he snacks on constantly during his shows. That and the fried chicken.
