You don't enjoy exercise YET. It sucks at first, its hard, it hurts, its sweaty and tiring. But once you make it a habit, it becomes rewarding. After a couple of weeks, it doesn't hurt, and you don't get tired from it, but refreshed and energized, and you come to love a good sweat, and the delightfully sensual feeling of a post workout shower. That's when discipline comes into the picture. The trick is to start small, build a foundation for discipline, and build on it over time. Your test levels will increase, and you'll enjoy the sense of accomplishment after every workout. Remember, the evil people of this world don't want you to work out. The main thing working out did for me is help me handle stress and adversity.
