Trashfire 07/18/2021: Gunt Vs Null Weight Loss Challenge

I don't trust Ralph at all so we'd basically set a timeframe (6 months) and then we'd get a physician's note with height and weight

Escrow would make public height and weight but the notes would stay with escrow
We would probably get $600 together from Kiwis just to get official confirmation of Gunt's height.

Also, someone else said it, I have no idea how Gunt is going to do a weight loss challenge without going to a detox clinic first. Giving up alcohol at his level cold turkey could literally kill him.

Is that the plan Null? To kill Gunt under the guise of "health"? Are you fatphobic Null? Don't you know being fatphobic is rooted in white supremacy and the patriarchy?

Tbh it would be really funny if Ralph dies in an attempt to own Null

A true pillstream hasn’t happened in about a year. It’s very possible Gator just has a high breaking point, and once Ralph settled down just below it Gator was cool.
Ralph got drunk and released a scat tape among many other onstream or well known escapades and was high and drunk off his tits by his own later admission just the other day

Best way to lose weight is strict Keto. Water, meat (beef, chicken, seafood) and high fat dairy. If you do this you will always feel full and lose weight rapidly.
Shit like keto really isn't practical long-term unless you are a machine who doesn't mind eating the same shit over and over again for the rest of your life. (Which, if you are, go for it.)

In practical terms, you can get in decent shape easily just by doing a basic lifting routine (something like PPL) three times a week, going for an hour-long walk every other day and practising portion control with your meals and not snacking in between them.

There's no need for any extreme lifestyle changes, especially when your opponent is an alcoholic retard who'll probably drop out within the first 24 hours.

This isn't a problem unless you are a cheapskate and eat the same low cost piece of chicken every day.

But it's still artificially restricting your diet when you could just eat what you want in a responsible way.

No normal person needs to cut entire food groups just to get in decent shape.

A lot of people can start losing weight just by cutting sugar, working out might not even be needed. Especially soft drinks can be deceptively fattening.

What Null needs to win- Change a few habits and count calories
What Ralph needs to have a snowball's chance in hell- Self control

One of these things will come a lot easier than the other.
Null is many lengths ahead already by virtue of having a liver that isn't leaking into his gunt.

@Null, you already know what to do, because you already did it. Keto and any type of intermittent fasting. Increase your insulin sensitivity and become adapted to burning your adipose tissue for energy. Get lots of fiber and omega 3 fats and you know you'll feel so good, you'll work out hard af and the shit will melt off like butter.

That's true, but you still don't need to cut it entirely; just be responsible and aware of what you're putting in your body. One can of Coke a day isn't gonna turn you into Steven Assanti.

And I'd still recommend exercise either way for the mental benefits it carries in addition to the physical.

If you've been stagnant for a while, I've done this before and you get your wind/endurance up pretty quick. Eventually 25 minute jogs just become normal. You can keep going on that principle and run a marathon, but then you'll fuck up your knees and feet over time.

This particular image takes slightly more digging than it used to because the person that made it decided he was going to paywall it behind an app. Kind of a stupid idea when anything relevant I want to see is always posted on another website. :tomgirl:
