Chris recomended the anime NANA.
That anime is shit. It's just pure drama with no true resolve, it circulates the issues every time.

Anime is gay. So that's ok.

I really tried my best, and I'm sorry if it's not that good. We're still very new to doing interviews, and I thought it would be cool to have Chris on for an episode. I hope you guys enjoy it!
I'm only about 20 or 25 minutes in but, so far, it's been a very well-done interview. It was respectful to Chris but also didn't pull punches.

Thank you for sharing it with us prior to publication.

Well that explains it. I've been trying to figure out exactly why Chris is so obsessed with this Doopie business and this hits the nail on the head. He admits it's him being a stubborn asshole who hates not getting his way. He always has to be right. It's like the Game Place all over again.

I think that's only part of it. Have to remember he was already clearly obsessed with Doopie before the block and that's what caused him to be blocked in the first place. He can't exactly confess to that on air when he's been trying to downplay it as mere respect for her as a fellow artist the whole time. Even now he continues to single her out as a special stalking target despite getting blocked by several of them. This is evident from Jessica breaking up with him for hiding it from her (Meaning he realizes Jessica would not be ok with him stalking Doopie, even though he continues to stalk other female VAs openly). As a reminder, this was one of the screencaps of Doopie's tweets that caused the first breakup.

He even made another sock just to tweet ONLY at her, and two days ago came here to rate ONLY her posts. If it weren't for both Doopie and Jessica telling him not to contact or talk about her we'd have been seeing a lot more of his lingering obsession in the past month.

"Call me crazy if you want to, but it's there... Meh psychic powers... But anyway-"
Chris, if you had psychic powers, you would have gone Chronicle on every one of our asses by now. Talking to your imaginary friends in a fantasy world of plagiarism isn't a gifted ability, it's a cry for help.

I really do think he'll avoid getting an actual job to the point that he'll lose everything and end up in a homeless shelter or worse. I'm not sure anything could spur him into changing his life.
By that point his mind sucks him into the world of Cwcville where his Electric Hedgehog Pokémon are waiting for him with open arms when in reality his body is rendered a comatose blob on the concrete that kids dare one another to go up to and poke with a twig.

I'm confused - he said that Cakefarts was a waste of money because the expensive cake was "not edible" afterwards - what was wrong with it? Had he let it go stale?

This was a really well done, chill interview that provided some unique insight into how Chris retrospectively perceives his relationship with his trolls/fans. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much everyone!! I was really nervous people here wouldn't like it. I'm so relieved that you could enjoy it!

My favorite parts are when I call Chris the King of Cows, and he corrects me; "QUEEN of Cows." Also at the end of the podcast when he did our outro he slipped up and said my full legal name, instead of my username. I thought that was pretty funny! Also I kinda like his enthusiastic introduction to the world of Sonichu.

Not everyone will agree here but hearing Chris Yammer on about sonichu lore is fucking hilarious. Especially how incoherent and bizarrely designed it all is, which makes it funnier cause it's hyper specific. I also like "I've been doing this 13 years and they haven't done anything yet" as an "all clear" for copyright issues lol

Also, I think this is the most endearing interview with him yet. I always said that one thing that would help Chris a lot actually is conversing with male friends(people he doesn't expect to fuck or protect him.) He doesn't get to encounter things like irony or jokes often. The circles he is in usually focus on nurturing and acceptance so jokes and irony tend not to happen there(not that those circles are bad, but you know, having both is important).

It's good someone said they want to see him look back and laugh. That someone says to him people are into him cause everyone is sorta like him. That's something Chris needs to hear, that and he needs to hear he has to come up with an alternate plan. It's good someone said that him not having a plan was scary.

You telling him about what it's like to be an artist and sometimes needing a job is something Chris definitely needs to hear a lot. He lives in bumfuck Virginia, he isn't going to be encountering many comics people lol. Chris needs fellow artists too, someone who can say, yeah, work sucks, but you find a way to do both, sometimes it's easier sometimes it's harder.

I'm genuinely surprised that Chris would fuck Rosechu. Like, I thought he'd have more respect for Sonichu than that? Great interview btw!
Remember, they gave Chris the chance to skip that round of the game... Instead, he shared with the world he wants to fuck his pokemon/sonic oc, wants to marry the 12 year old hedgehog and chose to kill his college dean without hesitation.
God.

I found it pretty funny that his initial biggest regret in life was that he ruined a delicious 9 dollar chocolate cake he bought at Walmart.
The part about Chris calling his earlier videos cringeworthy, and then less than a fortnight later, he makes two of the most cringe-worthy videos we've ever seen. Is Chris' mentality really, "this time, I will succeed"?
It's the comedic tragedy of a man who knows he's making mistakes but isn't intelligent enough to correct any of them.
It's an interesting mentality that can allow someone like Chris to simultaneously worry about himself and his future once Barb is gone, yet feel he has the freedom to not take a job even if one was available for him.

His cognitive processes must be peculiar in order for him to believe that he doesn't need therapy when the current main villain in his ongoing comic book, Count Graduon, represents all the sadness, loneliness, and insecurity that he currently feels.
I think it comes down to Chris wants his life to change but he wants someone else to do all the work for him, preferably a really hot sweetheart.

Only 20 minutes in but I'm really enjoying this. I was hesitant at first because of previous efforts but this podcast is the best interview with Chris ever. The interviewer is respectful and Chris is open and responsive. Pretty good work.

Most people doing that don't really think Trump is reading their shit, they're just virtue signalling.

Yeah I understand, I was mostly surprised because like, you would expect Chris to not be all there, you know? In my mind Im comparing him more to someone like Andrew Dobson who makes dozens of posts a day about how much he hates Trump and it's like dude what's the point? Nobody likes Trump. If you really want to virtue signal, go volunteer at women's shelters, homeless shelters. You could actually do something. You could actually try to make a difference or try to help. Whether or not you really care. But I mean impotently tweeting anger and virtue signaling is half of how the dude got into office.

Im possibly just as autistic as Chris chan. It's just, I was drunk yesterday, so I guess I was having a better time and was more easily impressed and amused.

Too much time spent on the magical potion man, wich is barely a footnote on Christory, and I would have pushed it just a little bit more after the Carlos Chantor thing (by the way, didn't know he only got one call about it, I expected he got a few troll calls at least) and asked him about Stephanie Bustcakes (Is he even aware that people know about that?). But it was a nice interview anyways, good job!

42:50 Biggest regret: Cake farts. He regrets the 11 dollars wasted while only having one slice before sitting on it, rendering the rest of the Walmart cake inedible.

I fucking said it some days ago...he doesn't give a shit about being tricked into recording something so humiliating for the whole world to see, but is livid about wasting spare change and not being able to stuff his face with cake.

OMG Ive been listening to this while Im doodling and whatever else, but at 45:10, Chris just drops an absolute bomb, he manages to outsmart every other fucking person who makes "political commentary" who hates Trump.

They ask him what he thinks about tweeting at Trump, and Chris, a literal austist, says, "Even though he won't read any of it?" Fucking somebody introduce Russel Greer to Chris so that he can explain that celebrities and famous figures don't actually read their own tweets.

That indeed shows an unheard level of awareness from good old Pear-head...but from the other hand he stills tweets all the time to a lot of people who don't even acknowledge he exists like if he is having a dialogue.

That said, this interview was immeasurably better than the one that the wee.ns a few months back did. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Say what you want about that interview (and I actually agree, it is fucking shit) but to me it was worth it just for when they managed to get Chris on camera admiting to burning his own house!

Yeah, this is true. You've articulated better than I did, but this is probably why I was so shocked and impressed by it. I attributed it to self awareness or reflection, some sort of higher cognitive reasoning, but it was more likely than not just something someone had said to him.
