I won't and I'm not advocating lowering the age of consent to 12. I'm suggesting that it be possible for girls that young who are precociously promiscuous to apply for a license to a judge and only be granted it if she can demonstrate sufficient emotioanl maturity.

this would lead to a grand total of 0 of these "licenses" being given out. i wouldn't recommend advocating for something that makes 0 sense to anyone with a functioning brain, but that's just me.

I think the age of consent should be lowered to 16 and girls as young as 12 who want to become sexually active should be able to apply for emancipation
