I love how DSP is always begging, always talking about how he's on the verge of financial disaster, and yet still refuses to do things that "Youtubers do just to make a buck."

Someone just asked about DSP's predictions for the new Avengers game, and DSP said that he refuses to make prediction videos because other people do it "just to make money."

He also said that he's not in a position to get a job because he makes more money streaming. Is that even true at this point? I feel like he's averaging less than $60 in tips and cheers for his "main streams" the last few weeks.

Edit: After seemingly years of DSP bragging about being Italian, he's suddenly telling people that he doesn't care about the culture in his blood.

Double Edit: DSP is just now hearing more and more good things about Final Fantasy 9? A game that came out in 2000?

Triple Edit: DSP is telling a story now about how he went to eat inside Chic-Fil-A. The key is that this was when he was sick; he went in and sat down at the restaurant on a day he cancelled his stream because he was too sick to stream.

Quadruple Edit: Apparently nobody talented can get big on Youtube now. The trending page is the same 10 drama channels now. DSP says that Youtube became bad for him in 2017. I think in June 2018 he had one of his biggest months ever for number of views.

In May 2018 and June 2018 he exceeded 2M views, better than any month in 2017. Then he finally fell off the cliff in July 2018 (DSP was dropped by Curse on July 20th).

Spent $20 at chic fil a on whim but need money for a $30 game dood. He would rather waste money on fast food than invest in his own business

Phil just mentioned that a few days ago, while FINANICIALLY STRIPPED OF CASH and VERY SICK..........

He and KHET went to have
FASTFOOD at Chick Fil A, each had a YUUGE Burger Combo and Milkshakes

And gave a good review on that.........................

Also Phil when people called him out on the Mic..........

"Oh look at his idiot saying I spend all my money on fastfood, Because you know, nowadays Fastfood is EXPENSIVE! And I dont have MONEY!!!"

Fuck this guy

Fan: I remember your street fighter channel and would like you to watch the videos from it and react to them.
DSP: Talks for 10 minutes about his issues with youtube, machinima, and how much money he used to make from the channel before even clicking a video, and wonders out loud if he can still make money from it.

Yeah, don't go by feelings. I'm doing the monthly roundup later, but he got ~$6000 from Twitch in May. Then anywhere from $800-$2400 from Youtube and maybe $500-600 from Patreon. That's a minimum of $84,000 pre-tax.

How much did he fucking drink last night? He looks like he's 80 years old :o

How much of that is the first stream versus the second stream? There would be some people that donate during the night stream instead of he only played at night.

I believe that he is still making $84K/year, but would a full time job plus night streaming come out to greater than $84K?

DSP is watching this video from 8 years ago and somehow knows that he was having lagging issues and input delays and how late moves are coming out just by watching the video even though he can't see the controller and can only hear the occasional loud button mashing.

Edit: DSP is blaming Youtube because their automatic autoplay doesn't have his videos in order. Goodness forbid he actually spend a few minutes and created a playlist before this event.

Double Edit: I love DSP watching these matches where he's having all these lag issues and apparently his opponent has no problems with lag.

And I have had enough. 10 minutes talking about machinima, watches a video where he complains about lag and commentaries over it by complaining about lag. It's too nice a day for this lol. Thanks to those who do the write ups, you guys are far more entertaining

There's not a major difference most days. Would he make more with a full-time job + streaming? Maybe. Depends on how many people would show up to his night streams and whether or not he streamed on the weekends since he wouldn't have random Thursdays off any more.

DSP is claiming that after his 4th place at EVO that he won tournaments "all over the place" for the next three years. Is that even true?

Phil keeps periodically, uncomfortably tugging on the front of his shirt trying to adjust it because of how visible his tits are in that white T-shirt

Ok, I've had enough of this.

Gymnast86 just shaved another 70 minutes off the Skyward Sword Any% run (it's down to 2 hours, 34 minutes now). I'm going to go watch that.

He won EVO East a couple of times, I think. Most likely is he won smaller tournaments throughout the northeast. Technically true, but without any significance.
