"If I can't go in to Gamestop, then no one should!"
It's amazing how he thinks the ban is worse than his actions that led to the ban.
Vandalizing store property, outbursts and physical assault mean absolutely nothing to him, but when they kick his sorry ass out, "They have no right!" So, if Fatty ran a store and someone pulled this shit time and time again, he'd be fine with letting them come back? Of course not, he'd accuse them of being against LGBT and autism and would see to it vengance was served, and lord knows he would bitch and whine if the court hearing got delayed more than once, and if the individual was handed the same verdict as Chris was, "What? $541? That's IT!?" He'd demand the fee be increased into the millions, that the person faced time in prison and force them to publicly apologize on national television for the horrendous things they- and at this point Chris would be escorted out of court.

Chris is funny like that.

I love how he calls this ban an injustice in this video, when in the last video he clearly states that he deliberately maced a game stop employe as "a warning to not ban me ever!"

(Also it's worth remembering that when Chris first gave his side of the story, he compared the employee he maced to a rapist in a dark alley, which was and is now more than ever complete and total bullshit.")

This tells me that if he hadn't been arrested and scared into behaving he would have done it again. It also can be constituted as a threat to Gamestop and every other place he's been. This why I firmly believe jail time would do him good. Yes it would shock him, true, he might not do so well in prison. But it would teach him the lesson that he can't just threaten everyone and get away with it.

Yeah but that's mostly just his untreated and untrained autism. He feels like he's been wronged, and as far as he thinks, Gamestop knows they've wronged him and they're just being dicks. It would never occur to him to put himself in the role of the manager at Gamestop for a variety of reasons, one of which being he doesn't have any personal experience or real notion of how customer service or businesses run.

Essentially I think its his autism making him lack of ability to understand how anyone else but himself thinks (plus being raised to be an asshole by Borb) that creates this kind of logic black hole.

Chris looks like he has been losing sleep over this. Look at how red his eyes are, and whats with the area around his lips being all red? He looks like a strung out tranny clown hooker.

I don't think we've ever really been able to nail down a reliable pattern of sleep regarding Chris. Like, he did burn his house down by trying to make coffee at 3AM and thanks to a damaged extension cord in the doorway unintentionally spark an inferno.

Since there's been no immediate effect to Gamestop, Chris is worried that his fans aren't listening to him. This isn't a update as much as it is a passive-aggressive poke to remind his fanbase that they should get to work fighting his battle.

Makes sense - IIRC he was convinced that blue arms bullshit protest he was doing was actually working (for a change) because other people on the internet actually agreed with that notion and forced SEGA to officially declare Sonic Boom non-canon. Now? His one-autist war has no support, imagined or otherwise.

GameStop
The new headquarters or Mary Lee Walsh

I know that's a typo but damn if the idea of Gamestop being MLW 2.0 in terms of not taking Chris' shit isn't appealing to me.

This why I firmly believe jail time would do him good.

Technically, he did get jail time for about two days - we have transcripts of calls to the county jail where he was held shortly after macing the guy. And it initially scared the shit out of him until mommy dearest hauled ass to bail him out.

This is worrying because while initially we rejoiced at the legal system finally doing something to Chris, it's been almost a year and in that time, even after the trials, Chris seems to have completely and utterly forgotten the consequences for being a fucking dumbass in this manner. He doesn't just need to be shown the consequences to get the message across, he needs constant reinforcement, but that's not even guaranteed to work, either. It's like those lab rats with the modified brains so they don't remember where portions of a platform are electrified, so despite getting shocked every time they step in those areas, they will do it over and over and over because they can't remember literally what they just stepped on.

Truly, I really think what needs to happen is Chris getting a psychological evaluation and undergo testing to see if he really even has Autism according to the updated standards, since IIRC it's been suggested he's got full blown Aspergers at this point.

I bet this yellow shirted employee was just some dude who got a part-time job at the gamestop to get some extra cash during the holidays - probably doesn't even work there anymore and would rather forget the whole macing incident. But now chris is demanding that he unbans him from a place this dude doesnt even work at or face the consequences of bad karma (AKA Curse-ye-hame-hame-ha).

Or y'know, that's just one theory.

I'm already laughing at the notion of Chris claiming victory for something he has no affect on whatsoever. Now it's just a matter of waiting for his local gamestop to go out of business.

That opening face though.
WhathaveIbecome.png
A stare as empty as his cause...

There are a few possible outcomes of this video: Game Stop's facebook group is flooded with weening posts congratulating them for banning Chris, a few trolls post support messages in an attempt to encourage more content from Chris, or nobody besides Chris posts anything. In any case, this cause is probably going to consume Chris' thoughts and my only hope is that it somehow works it's way into future comics pages.

It's beautiful that even after all these years Chris is still getting angry over being banned from somewhere and thinks if he rants enough about it that they'll turn around and drop the ban for him. I don't think he's ever even once been successful yet he still thinks it works.

He's now taken to Facebook to petition GameStop so he's starting to use the same methods as he did during his campaign against SEGA. This is going to get even uglier if someone who influences him doesn't try to reel him in.

can he just do the comic, please? i just want to see his version of all this shit that's gone down in his little fantasy land. that's all i want.

At this point if I was Chris I'd just move to a new area where I wasn't banned from every store and then continue moving forever as I get banned from everything

I'm so glad Chris is going back to this normal self. I got worried for awhile there.

The problem is though he did get two day's in lockup but he came out indignant feeling like he was the wronged party so much so as he's recently admitted to the threatening to use pepper spray again a few days later in best buy. The problem is with Chris you have to catch him and punish him severely enough in a very narrow time frame when he can still link action to punishment the longer the time has elapsed and the lighter the punishment he won't learn anything at all.

I know it's condescending to call any Jail time he had as "grown up time out" but that's essentially what the short stay he did while he was getting processed over the holiday season was, he acted like a bratty kid in class and was told to stand facing the wall for 10 minutes as punishment. To get him to learn anything from this what should have happened was about a month after he was quick with the spritz he was handed a 2 - 6 month custodial sentence and a fine around the $2k mark to really hit him in the toy budget.

That's not punitive that's just about the only way your going to get through to him separate him from his creature comforts like TV, Toy's, Games and more importantly Barb and then restrict him from getting new toy's once he's out for a while.

As I said in the main embargo thread, Chris being in trouble with the law is going to be a constant issue for the rest of his life. He has no idea how to behave and he's putting it bluntly as thick as a whale omlet. Something will always set him off and he will react to it badly small little things at first like hiding the Sonic boom cases and making new cover inserts for them the more he get's away with it the more he will push his luck and then he'll push it to far or will run into some one who just wont put up with it and BOOM he's back in legal trouble.

Truly, I really think what needs to happen is Chris getting a psychological evaluation and undergo testing to see if he really even has Autism according to the updated standards, since IIRC it's been suggested he's got full blown Aspergers at this point.

I would be genuinely interested in what the result would be, I know he had some form of counseling during this last fiasco but if he had a competency based assessment what the results would be?, I know @Marvin say's he prity much runs the house at the moment and he's not incapable but he's also not fully functional either, and over time I could see him becoming less able when the isolation kicks in post Barbs death and all he has rattling around his head are his own thoughts. Being isolated is a hell of a problem for people who are healthy adults to begin with and Chris isn't a healthy adult.

I can see him needing some form of wrangler or assistance at some point in the future because sadly the outlook's not bright for him.

This is going to get even uglier if someone who influences him doesn't try to reel him in.

I don't think that's going to happen sadly, unless your standing next to Chris it's hard to get him to do anything and even then it's a up hill battle. He needs help and he should have gotten a lot more when he was far younger and he might not be as much of a mess as he is today he's driven by impulse most of the time so you have to really work to keep him occupied and out of trouble and at a distance there is nothing anyone can really do.
