He performs "nullifications", which are the complete surgical removal of the genitals. Unlike SRS, this isn't and never has been considered a legitimate medical treatment for any condition; it's purely done to make money off a handful of horrifyingly mentally ill men and women who have this as a fetish. He has no respect for medical ethics or the Hippocratic Oath. According to complaints against him, he's managed to botch even a routine adult male circumcision. He's definitely horrifying but I don't see anything funny about him other than the nickname Doctor Doge, so I doubt he'd be considered worthy of a lolcow thread. He might be worth an entry on the Lolcow Wiki though, and/or a stickied informational thread in Phil's subforum.

There are many hospitals that serve as "training facilities" for these such things. Usually they tend to reel in people like Phil with promises of cheap or free procedures that are technically paid for by the taxpayers. I'm pretty certain paperwork is signed that absolves them of any responsibility if anything were to go wrong.
Maybe the west coast is doing the country a favor by sterilizing all these troons.

If Phil were smart, he'd start squealing about medical malpractice. This could be a whole new avenue of victimhood and asspats. I doubt he'd want his null-de-sac to be seen as disfunctional, though. I mean, quite frankly I am pro-eugenics and am in favor of keeping people like Phil from reproducing, but thankfully he seems to shoot himself in the foot there for us. I mean, Maria Pulpo wanted to have a retard baby with him for whatever reason and he was too much of a failure to even do that, so good for him. I mean, no kid deserves to grow up in that environment. But considering Phil doesn't even wipe his own arse and is getting older, fatter and uglier, I doubt anyone would be desperate enough for that anymore.
