This update is very image heavy, as Christian has attached 7 different emails from various eBay notifications regarding winning bids, bid cancellations, and auction removal for attempting to solicit non-eBay transactions. Chris doesn't seem to understand why eBay is removing his drawing from their website and appears to blame it on them not accepting his price, not the fact he is trying to solicit off-site sales with his bidders.

Update 1
General frustration at receiving his 4th(?) removal notice.

Update 2
Chris declares war on eBay and appears genuinely confused as to why his listings are being removed, despite eBay's emails being very explicit. He also demands to know why people are giving me all of their money (:tugboat: :null: :tugboat:) instead of using that money to buy his art.

Update 3
Chris re-lists his auction. I've honestly lost count of what time this is. 5 sounds about right.

Update 4 (Thanks, @introman)
Chris' auction has once again been taken down and this time the penalty was a 3 day suspension from eBay services.

He's also demanding $1,000 in compensation.

Update 5
Chris follows up his last request for money by groping about the CWCki and the CWCki Forums receiving donations.

Update 6
Chris makes a first come, first serve offer.

The cycle continues again, as instead of at least acknowledging what's the problems with it and actually trying to fix them, he just blames it on the CWCki and the forums as usual as an easy measure.

It's unsuprising that Chris managed to violate eBay's rules after 13 years as a member. He managed to do that in almost every single account of anything on the Internet, it was only a matter of time before Chris fucked up on eBay.

It looks like we may get a slight return to the Golden Age Of Chris here with him rallying against eBay in this manner. I for one can't wait to see what happens next!

By the way Null, the cheque's in the post.

I hate to say I told you so...well actually I love to say it, but I called out the fucking violation about using the Stradivarius name (even mispelled) in a violin listing when it isn't a real Stradivarius.

This facebook revelation on Chris part has inspired me to donate money to the forum. For realz, yo.

What on Earth made you think the account termination had to do with listing his violin incorrectly? Unless I'm missing something all of those emails were about him requesting PayPal payments instead of using their system.

Yeah, it's about Chris repeatedly violating Ebay's rules even after they warned him not to.

The parallels between this and his Flipnote banning are so thick I can taste it.

Or all his bannings, offline and online really. Chris doesn't believe anyone has the authority to tell him what to do. This is why he ignores security guards, Deans, jerkcops, official warnings and site admins.

From the ebay notice dated 6/2/14, 8:53AM "Listing policy violation alert: Brand Name Misuse". Explains how Chris fucked up the "stradiuarius" listing. It kind of gets lost in the tsunami of Chris' ebay fuck ups.

Ew, spit that out, you know where it's been.

There was ONE single screenshot he did where they specifically mentioned the Strad. So, like I've mentioned, I know a lot about orchestra/string instruments so I feel like a complete fool for not noticing it before; but a friend of mine (also instrumentally inclined) pointed out that what Chris hasn't isn't even a Copy of a Strad; it's a Copy of a modified Strad violin. Meaning that someone took the original Strad, modified it, and then what Chris has is a copy of that modification. So him using "Strad" in his title was against ebay rules. But like you guys said, that one listing isn't what caused this; this was because Chris can't follow da rules and gets mad at trolls when someone calls him out. I still have NO clue how this is anyone but Chris's fault; but obviously he thinks it's anyone but his fault.

As a history guy, I feel a comparison to Cnut the Great (or rather the old tale of him) is in order. According to legend king cnut, in an effort to thwart an invasion of the vikings had his thrown carried to the shore, and from that throne he loudly ordered the tide to turn back and prevent the vikings from ever landing. So sure in his authority and righteousness, he refused to even countenance the idea that he could not control the tides, and thus his kingdom fell and he was eventually slain.

While said tale is a complete crock of shit and misunderstandings, it is amusing to see Cwcnut the Great set his throne before the roiling waves of the internet, order it to deliver him cash, and genuinely expect the tides of ween and trollery to obey simply because its him who is ordering it.
