He has used his public platform to smear his tax attorney. It's generally not a great idea to slander any kind of attorney in public, let alone record yourself doing so and upload it to a video sharing platform. If he's being sued for that, I will laugh and laugh and laugh.

That's always been speculation but anyway you can actually sign up for another Adsense account under certain provisions.

Leanna is long gone and I rate it extremely unlikely she has anything to do with this (except a palimony lawsuit which would be a very long shot).

I also searched up his CT condo and the possibility of it being condemned but I don't think that is the case. Or at least there's no documentation of it or anyone bitching online about their homes being condemned from a fire that happened a year ago.
I don't believe the Leanna theory either, I just wanted to throw it out with the speculation caveat before somebody brings it up while sounding certain about it. I doubt Leanna will ever reenter Phil's life in any capacity.

Its definitely plausible but still raises the question of how because he never named the "tax attorney" directly.
A bigger point is, since it can be assumed the tax attorney "knows" who DSP is and watched his stream and saw DSP talking shit, why we he care?

And if all of that was true, why would he tell DSP in advance he was doing it?

EDIT:
Not only that, if Phil was really getting sued for libel or slander, he really wouldn't be on stream right now fairly directly calling Phil Spencer a "conman" and a "liar".

I know he's exceptional but he'd be watching what he was saying.

Theory:
Let's say DSP had whined to one or more government agencies about the CPA from Connecticut and it ended up causing problems for the CPA.

Let's say DSP said things that constituted allegations of negligence ("He told me I didn't have to pay any state taxes!") and false advertising ("He said I didn't need to get a CPA from Washington because he was qualified to do my taxes even though I lived in Washington!")

Let's say not only does that CPA have good reason to believe DSP has no evidence that shows he had actually said those things- let's say he has evidence that shows he communicated the opposite to DSP.

I'd sue if I'd been harmed and an attorney told me I had a case, but that's just me.

Pending bad news is this. The reason its "bad news" is because he just last week received notification of the second federal tax payment being due:
He says he has missed two federal tax payments
50% of his yearly federal taxes

There's going to be late fees/interest

Its all going to be due by April next year (deadline)

Assuming he made less than $91k he pays a rate of 25% which means his 50% of due federal taxes is $11,000

If he makes more than $91k it goes up to 28% so its almost the same amount
Phil Burnell: Too retarded to pay taxes despite knowing he's in a hole.

I doubt the Cult will sacrifice too much since I suspect this nothing burger is his likely "problem". Mainly because they slit their wallet's throats already for his recent begging emergency, plus even they to some degree don't care about this tax shit. He's milking too soon.

Potentially, but I presume that by reporting him to whatever government agency he's basically indemnified unless its a completely false allegation.

Once the government receives his complaint, they'd either tell him its fucking dumb and to go away and do nothing or ask him for all evidence before doing anything about it.

But yeah, I guess if it did cause issues for the CPA then he might consider legal action.

Yeah, that last part really blows the theory up. Now I have nothing to cling to until the inevitable reveal that it's something minor that he's dragging out to get more quarters thrown at him.

It does sound like he's being sued. Whatever the reason, it'll hopefully be better than the hours-long YouTube nonsense.

The faggot started his stream 4 hours ago. Has he said anything about the issue or depression yet?

He briefly touched on it basically just to say he wasn't going to discuss it today. Depression talk should be after he gets back from his break
  • wander his condo aimlessly, and/or
  • take a prostate cancer piss, and/or
  • weigh himself then take a shit so he knows how much to scoop out if he falls in, and/or
  • spends some money in a mobile game

I think it's been said, w/e the "Reason" he tries to put forth,it's ultimately just another e-begging scheme...

The thing is although he stretches shit out for dramatic purposes and probably tells little fibs I don't think he outright lies about stuff of this nature.
Especially since he mentioned he has 50% of his annual federal taxes sitting unpaid and didn't even mention "oh that's not even the emergency by the way"

There are times of course when he claims to have not said stuff and changes the nature of what he said after the fact, but we do know the state tax situation was real because a business was registered in his name.

One possibility is Curse is considering cutting off his YouTube channel but I think if any of his accounts were at risk he'd be talking about it.

It seems likely that this is either the threat of a lawsuit or some sort of legal action (which could be happening even if he hasn't done anything but just happens to be legally liable)

OR

The bank is considering restructuring his debt.

Hopefully Maddox & LanDUI have their shit together this time. :optimistic::optimistic::optimistic:

Read: he absolutely fucked up and has to validate his "Phil Burnell does no wrong ever" mindset by the fact that not only did he not do anything wrong, now others have even TOLD him he hasn't.

Read: like when his "contact" in Twitch told him "everything he does is %99.99 good", and then he got suspended a second time.

weigh himself then take a shit so he knows how much to scoop out if he falls in

This is great is great line. If you came up with it yourself, I applaud you :D

I truly don't understand why anyone would talk about "pending" bad news, yet won't bother to actually specify the "bad news". If you won't specify the "bad news", don't bring it up in the first place.

Didn't Larry Bundy try to contact him recently? Maybe Larry and his bat are going to pay Phil a visit.

*Knock* *Knock*
Larry: "Hello You!"

If he doesn't constantly set reminders that his life is hell and that detractors are out to destroy him, then his fanboys will stop caring about/financing him. It doesn't matter if he never goes into specifics - all they need to know is that it's bad news and Phil needs to money to make it better.
