I also searched up his CT condo and the possibility of it being condemned but I don't think that is the case. Or at least there's no documentation of it or anyone bitching online about their homes being condemned from a fire that happened a year ago.

I don't believe the Leanna theory either, I just wanted to throw it out with the speculation caveat before somebody brings it up while sounding certain about it. I doubt Leanna will ever reenter Phil's life in any capacity.

A bigger point is, since it can be assumed the tax attorney "knows" who DSP is and watched his stream and saw DSP talking shit, why we he care?

And if all of that was true, why would he tell DSP in advance he was doing it?

Let's say DSP had whined to one or more government agencies about the CPA from Connecticut and it ended up causing problems for the CPA.

Let's say DSP said things that constituted allegations of negligence ("He told me I didn't have to pay any state taxes!") and false advertising ("He said I didn't need to get a CPA from Washington because he was qualified to do my taxes even though I lived in Washington!")

Let's say not only does that CPA have good reason to believe DSP has no evidence that shows he had actually said those things- let's say he has evidence that shows he communicated the opposite to DSP.

I'd sue if I'd been harmed and an attorney told me I had a case, but that's just me.

Pending bad news is this. The reason its "bad news" is because he just last week received notification of the second federal tax payment being due:
He says he has missed two federal tax payments
50% of his yearly federal taxes

There's going to be late fees/interest

Its all going to be due by April next year (deadline)

Assuming he made less than $91k he pays a rate of 25% which means his 50% of due federal taxes is $11,000

If he makes more than $91k it goes up to 28% so its almost the same amount

Potentially, but I presume that by reporting him to whatever government agency he's basically indemnified unless its a completely false allegation.

Once the government receives his complaint, they'd either tell him its fucking dumb and to go away and do nothing or ask him for all evidence before doing anything about it.

The thing is although he stretches shit out for dramatic purposes and probably tells little fibs I don't think he outright lies about stuff of this nature.
Especially since he mentioned he has 50% of his annual federal taxes sitting unpaid and didn't even mention "oh that's not even the emergency by the way"

There are times of course when he claims to have not said stuff and changes the nature of what he said after the fact, but we do know the state tax situation was real because a business was registered in his name.

One possibility is Curse is considering cutting off his YouTube channel but I think if any of his accounts were at risk he'd be talking about it.

It seems likely that this is either the threat of a lawsuit or some sort of legal action (which could be happening even if he hasn't done anything but just happens to be legally liable)
