Pigroach is telling them the way they do business is "the wrong way to operate a business."

This from the guy who thinks running a "business" on a free service you don't pay for, like YouTube, is the way to operate a business.

There should be a meter that measures how much shaking is going on with a Homeland Security type alert level. I'd say it's at orange approaching red.

This killed me. Phil, the guy who's up to his eyeballs in debt and begs for quarters from autists. But he can tell Google - the biggest company in the world - at thing or two about running a business.

You’ve been suspended multiple times, just got dropped from your MCN, and literally just admitted that you tried to circumvent the rules by creating a dummy account, you blithering oaf.

The wedge here is that Phil seems to think that the "invalid click activity" charge shouldn't stick. Because the ads on his channel were never directly supported by his AdSense account, rather under the auspices of his partnership with Curse. Essentially using Curse as a shield. Not really even directly contesting whether invalid click activity could have taken place, just alleging it can't have anything to do with him. Even though it's his channel, under his name, registered with his AdSense account, and the money all goes to him. The MCN was a middleman.

Nothing he could do!

It's times like this where it would be interesting to see how much chair fidgeting Fred "I'm totally not Neger" Fuchs is doing, not being able to put out a 23 hour long podcast to shit on Phil. The vibrations from their combined seats would register on the Richter scale.
