Having a partnership means you're pretty much safeguarded against clickbombing. This is why it's strongly advised not to AdSense your channel, just wait it out and get a partnership.

Once you get your AdSense taken away because of clickbombing it's nigh on impossible to get it back. And without AdSense you also can't get a partnership. It's why a lot of people are heading to patreon instead when they get demonetized.

He never mentally grew up past teenager status and still thinks the world owes him because he's "DarkSydePhil" and that's supposed to mean something to people outside of his dwindling fanbase and many detractors. It's clear that he hates playing games now, but he doesn't want to look for other work because that 45-55k is still much less than what he currently brings in via sitting on his ass and begging. Settling (and I am by no means saying that as a way of belittlement) for a 45-55k job would mean having to sell his adult house, which his ego won't allow cause then that's an admittance of "defeat" to the detractors.

Its weird because as shown in the thread he's known this would happen for a while but made no preparations for it, just milked it until he couldn't anymore. It's why I've always been against people going for Youtube or Twitch as a full time "career" because it's just not gonna last. Unless you're gonna get super virally popular and I mean top tier style popular where you're making over 500k a year for the 3 - 5 years that you'll be rich you can retire on it when your popularity inevitably fails. But thats it. It's incredibly rare for someone to last longer than 5 years before fading into obscurity and the fading starts in like year 2 or 3. It's a decent side income thing but that's it. When you start making a living off of Twitch or Youtube, you either have to delay the inevitable as long as possible, or prepare for the inevitable. It's a countdown. I think Phil is a perfect example of this. Right now he's fucked, he in his words "Has no plan B" and never prepped for when this all eventually fucks up. So now all he has is Twitch, and he's STILL not prepping for when that inevitably fucks up, acting like he'll just be on Twitch now till he's 60.

Then when the inevitable Twitch ban happens he'll act all shocked like he's had no time to prepare for this all.

I wonder if he knows that anytime he’s brought up in places other than his hugbox or detractor places that a good amount of people only know him as “that dude who fapped on stream.” Any twitch viewers that he’s hoping to pull in are not gonna want to check out the gross dude who doesn’t know how to check if his webcam is on when surfing youporn.

He’s 100% at a viewership plateau. I’ve already seen some people on twitter saying if he goes to twitch they can’t follow because they can’t watch twitch or whatever, and anybody who is going to stumble on him playing those “hot AAA releases” is gonna see a dude who is less interesting than watching paint dry and leave real quick.

$143 in cheers and subs today. I would venture a guess at $200 in tips during the stream today. However, don't be surprised to see some huge tips and cheers given tonight and in the near future. The main question is whether DSPgaming is really down for good---1) during my last monthly rundown, I got a general feel for how much of his views were from videos more than a month old, and it was ~60%; 2) I just went to his channel with ublock off, and I got ads on two different videos. So as of right now, I don't believe his statement that he can't run ads. One possibility is that the contract hasn't officially ended yet, so there'll be ads until the end of the day or something.

Yeah, it's not baffling at all, he's like a peter pan that refuses to grow up and wants to perpetually live like a kid playing vidya all day with no responsibility and with panda/kat filling in for a surrogate mother doing all the cleaning and cooking. The isolation and being a virtual tinpot despot in his stream/channel shrugging off all criticism have only further degraded his maturity level and psyche.
