That sector of the forums is fairly well moderated, my suggestion is aimed to have a new moderator look over the Balldoverse, while senior mods can be shifted to other areas.

Give him a special position for the PG, this guy made a huge amount of OP and has helped other kiwis to improve theirs. It's especially good since we only have 2 mods who handle moving threads out of PG on top of their usual work on the specific subforums. I think having a central reliable figure that always handles PG would benefit the Farms a lot
