Because he used to claim that the only thing keeping him from riding a bike was his balls. When he lied about getting them removed he lost a reason to bitch about not being able to ride. He's still as autistic as ever about bikes but his spending habits and fear of learning to ride still exist.

I'm disappointed KiwiFarms didn't get an obvious spot on the map.

Kiwi Farms might be mentioned on there toward the end that we can't really see. The potato-cam quality kinda makes it hard to tell. I cleaned it up as best as I could and mapped out what is legible.
