I know it's not productive to browbeat your team during a catastrophe, especially when you deliberately hired troons who perpetually exist on the verge of suicide, but blowing smoke up their ass to this degree is equally as stupid. I see a lot of acknowledgement there was a breach and trying (really struggling) to understand how the breach happened, but not a lot of "Why did it happen?" Since these are the same people who implemented shit like captcha automatically failing if you don't meet some automated bot test for prior posts (I'm sure that was never abused) I expect that question will never be answered. Shit decisions like taking down /qa/ keeps creating enemies who will happily make your life worse.

A gigantic rickety shitpile of a PHP application that's just a decade's worth of sloppy patches on top of sloppy patches is hugely annoying but not really the end of the world, but if that is also relying on frameworks from 10-15 years ago and now you suddenly have to port all that shit to a clean slate systems with all new packages and you're doing it on a timeframe of "oh shit", you're in actual fire and brimstone and demons with pitchforks hell. That monstrosity will devour even grizzled veterans of legacy bullshit administration, inept code jannies can only curl up in a corner and hope it goes away.

If they did a good job, Sharty wouldn't even exist. /qa/ turned into a Soyjak zone because the designated Question and Answer board, which was made to talk to the jannies because everyone was complaining about the poor "job" they did, stopped receiving any answers from mods. Everyone realized it was a farce, so they began posting in a farcical way. Then the board was closed because they raided /lgbt/, which is apparently the most valuable board on the website (probably more than /a/) because clearly everyone on the 4chan team is a massive fucking faggot.
