How long before "Sorbet-chan" makes his glorious debut in Cwcville?
He will be yet another Christine avatar.

I'm claiming that we have no reason to believe Sorbet has health issues.
5/19/17. Never forget. Sorbet still remembers.
You’re kind of proving my original point about the disconnect between how people generally rate the survival ability of cats and the reality. “Probably okay” might be an accurate description of a cat going outdoors as part of a daily routine, but that glosses over the significant risk involved. We don’t need to imagine the harm that could befall Sorbet on an otherwise clement day, he’s already been severely injured in a road accidentI was under the impression the cat was injured or something. If he is perfectly healthy (his eye looks pretty gnarly to be honest) then he should be fine outside. It's not the dead of winter so he's not freezing to death. If he's outside and not crushed by a box of useless shit then he's probably okay.
I admit I wasn't aware of the car hitting him. He's probably dead. His eye looked pretty nasty but then again some cats are pretty resilient. We have no idea but honestly I still lean towards he's dead. My current cats would probably fare pretty poorly given they spend almost all their time indoors. My cats back in South Texas are dead but from old age. They ran outdoors pretty much 90 percent of the time. We'd let them in for a couple hours or when it was really bad in the winter. You’re kind of proving my original point about the disconnect between how people generally rate the survival ability of cats and the reality. “Probably okay” might be an accurate description of a cat going outdoors as part of a daily routine, but that glosses over the significant risk involved. In any case, he’s been missing more than a week, a situation for which there isn’t precedent. I’m not sure “probably okay” is a fair assessment at this point.
I've got to wonder, if the eye was blown out; why not just have it removed along with the paw that couldn't be mended?
Presumably his attending vet didn’t think there was a surplus of benefit to removing his eye. His gammy paw was likely causing him pain and/or presented an infection risk.I've got to wonder, if the eye was blown out; why not just have it removed along with the paw that couldn't be mended? Seeing cats with one or both lids forever welded shut due to injury or illnesss breaks my heart, but looking at the pictures of Sorbet, I feel somehow worse seeing that one bulbous, discolored eye - because I wonder if the poor cat is in pain (just because he can't see out of it, doesn't mean it's not affecting him, you know?)
So what's going on with this dude who pretended to have sorbet? Can y'all start adding some True and Honest content to the goddamn OPs already. Having to flip through 10 pages of debating over the cats health just to find the interesting shit is annoying.

I've got to disagree with @Marvin on Sorbet not having health problems. Healthy cats don't wheeze and "make snorting sounds" when they breathe. I also have to disagree with the notion that Chris is fit to be a cat owner. Chris is lazy, incompetent, and extremely negligent. Are cats fairly easy to take care of? Yes. But cats being kept mostly indoors as pets still need more than just food and water. The Chandler cats rarely have their litter box(es) cleaned, their living environment is filthy, they live in a house where dogs piss and shit on the floor, they only ever see the vet when they are either hurt or seriously ill, they don't get their shots...that simply isn't good pet care. That isn't even mediocre pet care. "Food and water" isn't even the bare minimum for an indoor cat. Chris is simply too negligent to properly care for any pet.
Really the most cats generally need are food, water, clean litter box, flea treatment, and routine shots. If you can't cover those basic needs, along with a clean environment for obvious reasons, you have no business owning animals.I've got to disagree with @Marvin on Sorbet not having health problems. Chris also thinks it's normal for a cat to growl, bite, and hiss at you when you pick them up. While most don't like it, they won't outright try to attack you for it. They'll usually just protest being picked up by meowing and struggling to get out of your arms.If I could bombard your comment with all the up votes, I would.
If it wasn't for the visual evidence that showed how little care CWC had for pet upkeep; that video where CWC stared blankly into the camera as one (both?) of his dogs howled in what sounded like pain confirmed my belief that CWC isn't a considerate/rsponsible pet owner. Even if the howling was a common occurrence in his house, you'd expect a person to immediately get up and investigate what the issue was - just to make sure everything was fine. CWC just sat there for a minute or two before finally getting up and checking on them.

lets not forget the times where he yelled at his pets during his live streams. If I could bombard your comment with all the up votes, I would.

14BLC is the huge litter box.
See? You said so yourself later in the sentence.
I do the same with my cats. Cats do not need to see the vet that often.
Marvin has mentioned before that cats absolutely love Hoarder houses.
