I just realised what this reminds me of; it's just like when villagers in Animal Crossing get stuck on some really out of place catchphrase because it's all the personality flavor that can really be afforded to such simple AI.

It kind of makes me wonder if Chris thinks it's some pet catchphrase that Doopie really likes because it's ~just between them~
 
This Doopie shit is like the Megan Saga but watered down. Chris keeps being creepy around a girl because he thinks she wants to be with him, and the girl is only tolerating it because Chris keeps giving her money. I can't wait for shecameforCWC 2.0

This is classic Chris, remember when he thought he and Megan were going steady after he brought her all that Sailor Moon junk on eBay? Chris is just like those men who think that after you buy a woman something, you're entitled to something in return.

It's watered down because Chris would have to go through some great lengths to actually meet her.

It's kind of like those weird hypothetical bottomless pits that just becomes a vacuum. In this context, it's a vacuum of lies, desperation, and pity friendship. What really saddens me is that Chris failed to mention Barb. Even though Barb created this mess, at least she's told him the truth about his stupidity and has given him genuine companionship that was not motivated with sympathy.

If Chris cared even an ounce about Doopie he'd be aware of the situation his constant badgering has put her in and would cut all attempted contact with her. Instead Chris' selfish desires drive him to keep this twitter shit going as he slowly destroys Doopie's main form of income. What a considerate guy, that Chris; always looking out for others.

Off-hand, I don't recall witnessing Chris being given the slow-no in public before. No doubt most of the women he's harassed in his role as a paragon of impotent rage have tried to ease away rather than bolting for the exit, but this is the first time I've seen a woman do it in plain view.

On the other hand, he does seem broken up about it to where he's engaging trolls freely once more.
 
Any time chris comes into a new source of money he just finds new ways to waste that money
