Two things that stand out to me.

1) DSP claimed there are logs that say "comcast employee hacked the modem" So... why did he not show that picture and instead showed a bunch of random jpegs of settings he could change himself?

2) If a comcast employee is going to risk getting fired to fuck with phil, why did they do the most vanilla detractor memes like "your ex was hot" which is barely an insult? I refuse to beleive any detractor would blacklist Phil over WWE Champions and twitch over khetgotblacked.net

So phil called a tech months ago, the tech came over said someone is fucking with your modem, he took a screen shot of the setting before the tech could fix it and while he was there JUST IN CASE he would need them for a stream in a month or two, decided to do nothing about a troll messing with him.

The troll paid his bills and mr victim man but changed his info on his account and phil lost his discount. He never mentions this in any beg since, this is phil we're talking about, he calls them about this and sets is straight at an unclear time they say they'll return the over payment and investigate the fraud which would mean he waiting till NOW to correct and over payment months ago?

He some how got a modem, though I wouldn't put it past him having it delivered from best by or target for a large fee, MONTHS after the troll was fucking with him and only decided to bring it up now cause Comcast, an ISP infamous for shitty service, treated him like a residential peasant NOT cause a troll is hacking him.
