Well, seeing as I'm already despised, I better just post my dox myself so I can at least claim some sort of victory. Sure, my birthdate and life stories are already complete shams, but I just know I messed up somewhere.

I really doubt your name is Ethan. @*Asterisk* , I know you have had a rough intro to the culture on this site, but posts like this really do not help.
A change of perspective is far more helpful than an episode like this.
The lesson for everyone though, after the tumblr page doxings is to be careful of your presence on here and what you post. The pics and coping thread is a place you should think long and hard in before posting your images. Make sure they are not something you want someone else finding. My suggestion is to only post pic in there that are not on facebook or any other social media connected to your personal life.
The best think about this site is the community and people should still feel free to enjoy talking and posting with each other. Just understand that there are always people out there who will have the lowest of intentions.

Meh, posted a few pics on that one thread but I don't use Facebook, I don't go out, my job does not involve me dealing with people so I could care less. And if the few friends and family found out I was on here and what this site is, they would not be surprised or phased at all.

Meh, that person's gotta try much harder if they want even a slight chance of doing any real doxxing on me. All that person did was reblog something I posted in the coping thread. I don't have a Facebook or Tumblr either and don't do too much with social media altogether and I've never used this name outside of this site.

That is a good point. It lists photos, websites and personal details. It is not a full doxing, unless any of those photos are also used on your facebook and other social media that touch your personal life.
If they are, I would suggest you remove them now! Trust me on this.

Even if it's just a collection of pics and stuff that folks have posted here on the site, please don't post links to the pages of off-site folks trying to dox members here. You never know when they'll add real info to the post in the future, and besides that they don't deserve the attention.
