I considered it, but i have the horrible feeling that a thread that grows from this woman publicly raging about no one wanting to fuck her would result in the OP at some point actually fucking her in some form of cosmic irony. I feel like she would turn stalker or something really quick.

Big X on her having gotten some common sense and DFE'ing. Someone at comcast noticed and told her to shut up. Probably the E-Sports guys who have a hand in this?

These isn't much to say about Frosk. Her career in LoL both as a gamer and caster, were short lived due to her toxic attitude.

Not long after her career fell apart she was diagnosed with BPD. Oddly convenient and no actual evidence beyond a brief mention on the LoL wiki.

Like Sessler, Frosk needs something to blame for her poor decisions. It's nothing they did, it was everything around them that's the problem.

If her messages were so important to the advancement of gender politics in society she would have kept everything up. People watched X-Play back in the day for a 30 minute escapism, not to hear some tatted up, brown toothed skank preach about diversity and demean their audience. It doesn't matter how many big faces they get on screen, the channel will fail.

G4 failing is a certainty, as is Frosk continuing to fail. Whether or not she continues to do so publicly in front of an audience is what is going to determine her status as a lolcow? If she faids into obscurity after this then she's not worth a thread, or even further discussion, if she continues to latch herself onto projects and communities, chimp out and cause more drama then she's worth a thread. That is why I said early days. She has all the hallmarks of a cow, she just needs times to continue.

I wasn't an avid watcher Xplay after the merger. But I remember vividly the Jack Thompson vs Adam Sessler debate in 2006 and it was pretty god awful and showed who Adam Sessler was outside of the scripts of the show. Still unbelievably cringey and made Jack Thompson look like the adult in the room. I still can't believe that people gave Jack Thompson the time and day worth of attention particularly Adam Sessler. He truly was an artificially created boogieman by gamers on web forums when in reality he was a hack lawyer with no clout of influence to where he was disbarred from practicing.
Reminds me of Lowtax vs Uwe Boll. Where an egohead tried to take on a person that was genuinely disliked back then, but humiliated in the process.

It's not even about how replaceable they are as most union members are easy to replace in all reality, but that they aren't in a central location like a normal job. When unions strike they can actively block the building and intimidate people trying to work there or enter the building making it a real issues. Streamers can work from anywhere, and while you can still show up at their house there's always someone in a foreign country willing to stream instead of working in a lithium mine or whatever.

You can easily find some dipshit fresh out of high school willing to live the "dream" of being the next big social media star. Sure in reality most will be another brick in the wall, but most will buy into the dream of stardom. Just play on the ego.

This right here is why I don't understand why G4 decided to go with Sessler and Frosk when reaching out to younger semi popular YouTubers and streamers would've borne more fruit.

They already have an audience. They don't have to give up their main hustle. G4 can have them on rotation. They pay the talent without having them on a contract so they can cut ties if it goes tit's up.
