Fun Fact: 'Round where I live the homeless actually share locations and even have 'schedules'. Hell you'll see them taking turns with two guys chilling with all their stuff and when the person panhandling needs a break they switch out.
From my limited interactions with homeless people tweakers have a shitty rep because they steal from everyone around them.

It's quite normal for homeless people to get together, set up schedules, rotate spots, and even properly space themselves out to avoid pissing people off. If a new guy makes an appearance in their neighborhood, he's usually given the option of either joining up or gtfo. They do not fuck around when it comes to proper spacing between homeless beggars.
