I personally doubt it. I'm sure there has been at least one person who tried to get him to see reality and face facts, that there in fact is not a shadowy cabal of anonymous Nazi miscreants congregating on a fascist forum to plot and plan to invade his shitty apartment, physically assault him, rape his bootyhole, and murder him until he is dead. And not necessarily in that order. However, if/when it has happened I am positive Phil would just tune it out. I think he needs his victimhood fantasy just as much as he needs his Ain't-ifa Souper Slopper fantasy to prevent himself from slipping into existential dread and completely give up on life. It's part of the reason his two fantasies are so tightly intertwined.
