The best part is eternally the fact that he can't ride a bike, but in spite of that, we get this spergery.

Actually, speaking of transportation, can Phil even drive? He seemed to only ever really use public transit to get to places, so I'm wondering if he never bothered to learn that before going fuck vehicles. Because if so, he missed the joy of driving a ton of metal and plastic down a road at 50+ mph to go to a place you wanted to go in style and comfort.
