Whether stealing, dealing, whoring or just general hustling, it’s not easy to bring in the 100$ or more a day a heroin habit can cost you.

Tweakers on the other hand? They just need to collect some bottles or whatever, since crystal meth is comparatively dirt cheap.

Phil has always been a poor man's CWC - Sonichu was more fun than Australatina and even the infamous "Shooting John McCain" drawing was less ridiculous than CWC trying to threaten Trump with his Transformers toys.

Communism is responsible for more death than any other modern system of government. Hell, Mao's Great Leap Forward alone is responsible for forty million deaths, far more than Fascism/National Socialism. And let's not forget all the people Stalin killed in his political purges. Both the Soviet Union and Chinese Communist Party have engaged in genocide. I think it would be more accurate to say "Once you go Red, you're as good as dead."

It’s been said over a hundred times but Phil’s the very first one to get the rope in a Communist society regardless of his loyalty to the party. There’s actual precedents for this historically. The entire history of Communism besides Viet Nam and arguably Yugoslavia during the reign of Tito was marked with some of the strongest fanatics of Communism dying early in the regime for some little thing they did to fuck up in the eyes of whoever was in charge.

Take for example Karl Radek. He made a few political jokes about Joseph Stalin bit supported the Bolshevik Movement for a very long time He got sent to a gulag over those jokes and died in prison. There’s the case of Zhou Enlai who only didn’t die over outcry from the public.

Once you've hit the pinnacle, the absolute peak of retardation like Phil has, there isn't much of anything you can do or wear to look any worse. Hell, Phil is so overwhelmingly Autistic that he can't even hide it when he does his best discount Muslim woman cosplay.
