Alex is going to have a BPD meltdown when the child is obviously more attached to her parents than her.

Her mother. She already said her Mum is going to help care for the baby, and I foresee the poor embattled Grandmother taking on the primary caring role. She's already gone through the stress of raising a child that could have died at any time, and now has to start again. At least we know this new baby won't have SMA, but what if she has other behavioural or medical issues? What happens if Grandma gets sick with the issues that come with ageing?
That SBSK guy's pretty much a lolcow in his own right - I don't think anyone made a thread yet but there's some chat about him starting here if you're interested. He's a weirdo.I’ve been watching this guy’s videos for a bit now, actually really wholesome interviews of disabled children and their families. Despite the positivity they’re all sort of heartbreaking, mainly because of the tired, dead look in many of the parent’s eyes as they talk about raising a child who has no hope of a normal life.
Someone who deliberately chooses to bring a child into the world, knowing it will have some kind of serious health issues, knowing you won’t be able to parent it to adulthood…is just scum. I really hope that kid isn’t born.
Damn, my mom loves that guy. Why do they always have to be creeps? That SBSK guy's pretty much a lolcow in his own right - I don't think anyone made a thread yet but there's some chat about him starting here if you're interested. He's a weirdo.
I agree with everything else you said though.
For real though, SBSK Chris is a creepy, patronising freako and should not be lauded, his ego is big enough already. There is some good discussion of him in the potato patch from a few weeks back, thanks @GenociderSyo for collating it all.Damn, my mom loves that guy. Why do they always have to be creeps?
Thats getting dangerously close to the werns poonaner talk. Probably shouldn't be too surprising considering they sound at about the same level of intelligence, maturity, infantilism, baby obsession and pure idiocyView attachment 3960696
More minge hygiene issues. Caregiver of the year strikes again.
Indeed. a good rule of thumb for sushi and pregnancy is the larger the fish/higher on the food chain it is the more dangerous it is for the fetus, as it'll have more mercury accumulated in its tissues. Like you said tuna is just about the highest on that list, as is shark, but shark isn't a common food so that one generally isn't that big of an issue. Other risks are bottom feeders (think shrimp, lobster, halibut, etc..) because they're the garbage cans of the sea (and crustaceans can be very questionable if not prepared exactly right as they rot very quickly) Octopus and squid can be risky as well, as they tend to have cadmium in them - though it tends to be concentrated in the head and entrails (DO NOT eat the head or entrails of octopus or squid. Ever) and snails are a risk due to the potential for liver flukes and similar parasites and bacteria. Sushi wise you'd be safer with smaller fish low on the food chain and salmon. Maybe some of the farmed versions of salmon/flying fish eggs. They're high in cholesterol but they have alot of vitamins and protein as well. Even the rice can be somewhat questionable depending on its source (there have been incidents of rice being full of radium because it was grown in contaminated areas in places like china and vietnam) Personally if I were a pregnant woman i'd avoid sushi altogether. Aside from the fish the rice like I said could be contaminated and who the fuck knows where the seaweed the nori is made from was harvestedLonesomeDud said:Oh, excess mercury is going to cause terrible concerns in a developing embryo/fetus. Most of the parasites/bacteria are killed in flash-freezing stateside, although not everything gets killed. You should not eat high mercury fish like shark or swordfish. I'm not big on telling people they should listen to medical advice on an internet gossip site from someone who's not an OB, but this is one of those exceptions.
I wonder if bullied for her disability is the whole truth or her spin. Having your mum's naked body displayed in public and her being a bit of a publicity hound might have some bearing on that too.
Really gives the lie to all this inspiration porn doesnt it?
I wouldn't recommend eating farm-raised salmon, even though it's much less expensive, because it does not live in a natural cycle, and the "pens" are filthy and disease-ridden, probably the worst of any farmed animal.Thats getting dangerously close to the werns poonaner talk. Its real interesting how you can tell who the true nutters are because they all have a habit of talking more or less the same way

If she wants fish so badly, salmon would probably be the safest choice, or salted herring and the like. Mostly because you can soak the salt fish and get almost all of it out before cooking, which pretty much eliminates any risk of bacteria or parasitic infections as the salt kills damn near anything. But yeah, overall i'd just avoid fish as much as possible for the duration of the pregnancy, it just isn't work the additional risk in an already absurdly high risk pregnancy
I’m also pretty sure that his childhood must have been pretty unstable. The live in carers who were there to care for his mother but also for him, and care work being what is it, no one stays for long. He started smoking weed at the age of 11, which seems insanely young.
You mean like this?My mum was one of his social workers when he was very young. Her life was pretty chaotic and the public eye element can't have helped much, but in conversations I've had with her since his death was in the news she has said he was a very loved little boy and that for all her problems and lifestyle Allison was a pretty decent mum, all told. I never got the finer details for obvious privacy reasons, but the impression I was given was that his early years were if not entirely stable then at least consistently happy and nurturing and well-cared for.
That said, seeing yer mum naked in the media is going to fuck most kids up. Alex should really take note of that before the baby is born. I'm never going to tell a woman what to do with her body BC fuck that, but also I do not know of many children of people who made their money getting naked that did turn out okay, really. Look at Archie Battersbee and Daniel Wayne Smith, if Parys isn't case in point enough for you.
All I can say after reading this is that this girl has Chris Chan levels of delusion.
Changing a nappy on a baby may not be integral to 'their developing sense of self', but it's absolutely integral to the baby's literal survival. The most basic needs of an infant are to be cleaned and to be fed. If you can't provide it with the absolute basics it needs for life, you shouldn't bring it into existence. Here's the narcissistic delusional rant in its entirety. It doesn't matter that she literally and practically can't take care of the child in any meaningful way. She was personally sent to *disrupt the conversation*.
If it isnt our old friend queer theory rearing its ugly head. Just because you can disrupt somehting thats worked for millennia doesnt mean you should. Theres a good reason parents traditionally have the ability to look after their childrens physical needs and its not because until Alex was sent to this earth to teach us a lesson we were all such terrible ablist scum.

Well as long as there's tugboats and a market for cripple porn and £7.99 asshole pics they can afford nannies and carers to meet baby's needs so you could argue that's covered provided Noah doesn't chase them off.Changing a nappy on a baby may not be integral to 'their developing sense of self', but it's absolutely integral to the baby's literal survival. People who expect other people to raise their children are scum at the best of times. People who expect other people to provide their children with everything a child needs to live from the cradle, are the lowest forms of life.
It's actually a trump lost lol flag. He's a TDS case.oh good he's a MAGA chud too
